Hey Steph, I'm sorry I'm so late on reviewing this chapter! I finally got caught up, and I loved it! As usual, you seem to have such a good read on the guys and their feelings, both about their careers and each other. Even though I'm a Brian girl, I remember thinking that Brian was probably going to be the first to leave the group, to spend more time with his family, so the Brian part really made sense to me. I liked Nick's part, with him stomping on koopas and pretending they're Kevin LMAO. He is such a douche right now in this story, but I always find his parts entertaining, the skewed way he sees things. I think Kevin's take on Brian's and Nick's friendship was dead on... It's sad, but true; the whole Frick & Frack thing is so adorable, but they really did turn out to be two completely different people. Reading this story makes me appreciate so much the way things are now, compared to then. I feel like all the guys have grown up and settled down and are really enjoying what they do now, whereas that didn't seem to be the case for all of them back in this era. Keep up the great work, Steph!

Author's Response: Yay for you being caught up! :) I always thought Brian would be the first to leave the group as well, so he could spend more time with Baylee and Leighanne. I'm glad you thought the Nick part was funny, I thought about taking the koopa part out since I felt it might be too much, but it made me laugh so I left it in. I try my best to rationalize things the way Nick would be seeing them, so I'm glad you hear you like his parts, even if he is a major douche LOL I find Brian and Nick's friendship so interesting since they have been through a lot and they have changed so much. It's definitely a weird contrast to be writing this angsty story with them not wanting to continue, when they all seem to be genuinely happy now. But I try and work that in as much as I can. I'm so pissed of with Nick lol

Wow I hope Nick comes to his senses soon, but it doesn't look like he will. The guys are only looking out for him and he is being pigheaded. Loving the story still, sorry for my lack of reviewing lately.

Lol, I had to laugh at Nick telling her he'd missed her and having to spend another night there just to get his phone back. Chris is a little shit though, leaving him there like that. I can understand Kevin's frustration with it all, especially when Nick appears to not give a damn about the group.

I absolutely love this story and I love when we get an update! Just thought I should let you know that :) I love how Nick didn't even think about that chick having the other guys' numbers. LOL. And I'm glad he finally picked up the phone but very sad that things are really starting to fall apart now. The conversation between Nick and Kevin made really made me sad. VERY interested to see whether he'll decide to show and to see what the visit with AJ will be like. Thanks for updating.

That poor fan is going to be waiting a long time for a call! I keep saying this, but I really love the way you have written them, it's as if you knew exactly what they were doing in that time off. Can't wait for more! Wonder what the meeting will bring.

Loved this chapter! I felt sorry for Brian, watching Diary and thinking back to how the 100 hours tour was kind of the beginning of the end. This really was a dark time in BSB history. Howie is lucky to have someone as supportive as Leigh in his life; I'm enjoying the way you're showing their relationship blossoming. I laughed at Nick waking up in the fan's room and seeing his face plastered all over her walls. I was afraid she was going to turn out to be young enough to still live with her parents, and they'd walk in on him or something LOL. I laughed at the Kevin part when he was worried about Nick sleeping with a crazy fan who recognized his voice. Hopefully Nick goes back for his phone so they can finally get in touch. Thanks for the update; I enjoyed it! :)

I went back and watched that Diary episode when I was writing this, and there are a lot of moments in there that just seem awkward now that we know so much of the behind the scenes stuff. It was kind of hard to watch. I'm glad you like the Howie stuff because I still find it a little awkward to write him, especially with Leigh. LOL Ohh Nick, I tried to make it seem like she would be old enough. And how creepy would it be to wake up in a place where there are a million pictures of you hanging on the wall. Poor Nick lmao.
