Author's Response: Ally is caught in the middle. First she survived all the Shelby baby drama and now she's dealing with Joe's drinking and drug use. My girls just can't have an easy time!

Oh she really needs to tell her parents about the tattoo & joint she found. I know she doesn't want to cause problems but he needs help like his dad got. Plus get her phone back. Keep up the excellent work. So far this one is my favorite in the Coaster Girl series.

I love this story more so than the rest already because of the sign language. I've been studying it for a year and ever since I started, I've been noticing ASL everywhere. It's awesome for it to be included in a story.
Author's Response: I really want to learn sign language. I feel so helpless when we get deaf children in the library and I can't communicate with them except by writing. :S
