Aw I really liked this. I'm glad that Nick has come out better since his rough patch in his early twenties. Great job, Rose!
Author's Response: Thanks! I am too, when I think of Nick back then, it's kinda sad cause looking back, you can really see he had a lot of issues to work through. I love how he's in such a good place now. :)

Author's Response: Thank you! You know I so agree with you about that. Despite myself, anytime I include the Carters, I write them pretty true to life even if for whatever reason I change up Nick. I agree about the Boys, I really think they're why Nick didn't end up like Aaron, and I bet Nick agrees. too. :)

aww great story, Rose. His family makes me so mad because you realize that while we know this is just fiction, his mom really is very much like that. I'm sl glad he had the boys to turn to for most of his life! I'm sure he feels the same way.
