:( The title of this chapter said it all LOL - you really did do what you said you'd never do! And you did it well. It was sad to watch the guys go through all the different stages of grief - the denial, thinking Nick might still be alive, the anger, with Howie punching Don (LOL), the sadness of course, and finally, the acceptance, as AJ said goodbye in the end. Very sad. :( Now they need to go find the other Nick to be a replacement, just like creepy people who clone their pets! :)

That's pretty convenient, isn't it? Ah well, our Nick just died but luckily there is an extra one roaming around somewhere! I'm glad you enjoyed the emotions in this chapter and I loved making Howie punch Don. He's had it coming for awhile and Howie seemed like the perfect candidate for the job! Thanks, Julie! Nick's not dead!!! get the OTHER NICK and take him HOME with you. He eventually will pick up the traits of YOUR Nick and it will be like he was never gone. It would explain Nick's behavior after this album released too....oooooooooooooooooooooooo

Nooooooo :( But of course the other Nick is going to put his survival first, so I can understand why he did it. Doesn't make it any easier though does it? I could really feel their pain in this chapter, the way they have just given up hope and are prepared to die in this cruel world.
Great chapter Mare, even if you did kill off Nick! Can't wait for more and hope 2012 is a good year for you :)
