Eeek I got such a scary mental image of Kevin on that bridge! I would never be able to do something like that LOL. It definitely seems like something Kevin would want to try though. I really liked this, it was a really interesting take on the birthday challenge!

I think this was a real gem! Landmark birthdays are really a time when you re-evaluate your life and where you've been, as well as where you want to go. Kevin's reaffirming his vitality, his zest for adventure, and his willingness to take risks really rang true. Glad to see he is thinking that life isn't over at 40. Trust me, it's not!

Thanks for reading and reviewing! I hated my 30th birthday and was in a bad mood all day (which is rare for me), but it did make me realise that age is just a number. Not sure how I'll react when I hit 40, maybe I'll do something crazy too!

Great story. I can just picture him on that bridge jumping. I've been on that bridge a few times. It's very beautiful, but so high. I could picture Kevin on it.
