I do think I might have caught a small mistake..
"I should have to wait, I'm Nick fucking Carter!" (or something similar)
Shouldn't that be: "I shouldn't have to wait." ?
Other than that, I can't wait to see where this is going!

Man Nick pre-Unbreakable was a fracking mess. (no pun intended) I like seeing it from the angel's POV too...I'm guessing Grace is an angel? Well she certainly has her plate full! Great job so far!
Author's Response: Nick up until mid-2008/early-2009 was just a mess. But it's fun to explore in fiction. And yes, Grace is an angel :). Nick is not gonna be an easy job though lol. Thanks Tracy!

Author's Response: LOL Blurry Brian is great for Nick pain! Dude, I had to look up a few pictures and such to remind myself how much of a mess he is compared to now. We have it really good now, as BSB fans, compared to then. Thanks Mare!

I'm loving this story so far! You're taking me back to that post-Paris/House of Carters, pre-Unbreakable era and reminding me how much better it is to be a BSB fan now! Nick seems to be in such a better place now than he was then, and you've done an awesome job of capturing how it probably was then. It was sad to read, but really good, too. The second scene was really intriguing. I'm guessing Grace was an ancestor of Nick's. Very interesting! Can't wait for more!
Author's Response: Yay! Train-wreck Nick is lovely to remind yourself of just how fantastic things are now. I'm watching some videos and it's a completely different person. I'm used to writing happy-ish Nick, so it's harder to go back into screwed up Nick. Thank you. :) And yes, Grace is an ancestor of Nick's, who's better to deal with Nick than another Carter? LOL. Also, I wanted to rule out any ideas of Nick fancying her immediately lmao.

Author's Response: Thanks :). LOL I don't know if he actually wanted to. I know that he WAS blurred out, though AJ and Howie weren't blurred out in that episode, so it was painfully obvious it was Brian. But I took creative license and decided he wanted to lol.
