I love how you manage to slip in a little bit information about the ghost's life here on Earth: one would think that it shouldn't be that hard, they're ghost. Still, I kinda feel for them, forced to stay by one's side but not being able to do nothing for them.
I love the little parts about the other guys and how they helped Nick. And I'm glad that Brian is willing to give Nick some credits about the whole ghost story.

Wow, so much emotion in this chapter! It was really great, albeit heartbreaking for poor Nick! I can't wait to find out how his gift/curse began. Great job with this one!

I swear, this story is just interesting, I love it! Very different from anything I've read! I can't imagine how hard it is for Nick during this time, but Leila has a point, even though she came across harsh. Kate is definitely in a better place, and doesn't have to stick around to complete unfinished business. He should be happy, but happiness is hard to find during a time like this. :(
Author's Response: This is a sad chapter but by far my favorite. I felt like I was really there when I was writing this one. I was sad the whole night after writing this. Writing Nick's relationship with the four guys was something I am really proud of. Thank you again, love! :)

AW this chap was sad. He really loved Kate. I'm glad all the guys were there to support him and his family had somewhat good excuses for not being there.

It came naturally cause we all know how much they love each other. And yes, he was madly in love with Kate. It's kinda hard to leave Leila for the meantime since next chap is a flashback. Nicely done Ritz. I loved the drive with Nick talking to the spirits who attended Kate's funeral. Also loved the anger he expressed at her not sticking around and then the ghost walking out on him. You are doing a great job writing this. There were only a few errors, but nothing major. I love how creative this is. I don't think i've read Nick as a ghost whisperer yet. Keep up the great work!
