I think Leighanne was trying to tell him because she said "Baylee's still safe". She couldn't tell him the truth because the doctor was lurking, and possibly had the room bugged or something.

WTF. God, Lore. No wonder you were nominated for that award because this is torture for ME lol not just the characters. Jesus. I swear they are fucking with his mind again, and he wasn't dreaming about Megan and Izzy, he is being lied to. Leighanne is lying as well. Can't wait for more!

muhahahahahahaha torturing Brian like this is certainly fun. Believe it or not, this chapter was planned probably a month ago before the torture awards. LOL. But why is Leighanne lying after coming clean to him earlier? Why would she do that? ;) Thanks for the review Tracy!
