My silent suspicions were confirmed. I thought Peggy was pregnant too. But I wasn't sure if that was why she was freaking out over their future.
I'm glad they kind of worked it out. Cause I can't see them not being together. They are good for each other.

well that would definitely explain her frustration and the fight! Did Allen know?? LOL okay now they are sweet together but there is still something off with her that I can't quite put my finger on. I guess I'd be okay if they stayed together but I still think they should split! lol

I love what Nick got her at the Target, that was very creative. I don't believe I've read anything like that before. It's cute how he apologized to her and told her he isn't going anywhere, at least he is making an effort. I am gonna be sad when this ends, I always look forward to more :)

I'm so proud of Nick for talking to Allen instead of going somewhere to drink or worse. He's starting to see where the problem with marriage really lies- he's afraid of hurting or disappointing himself or her. He doesn't want to be like his parents either. So hopefully he'll take this and work it out with Peggy :) awesome chapter Julia!

I totally wanna give Allen a big smacking kiss on the lips right now.
I am so glad Nick end up there and in some seedy bar. Allen gave him the best advice I think he could have ever given Nick. He finally understands where Peggy is coming from and maybe, just maybe he will been more open-minded now that sees her point of view.
I hope this really helps Nick and Peggys's relationship for the better. They really seemed to love and care for each other deeply and I don't think they would fair very well without each other.
Great chapter. Get anxious knowing they're only four more after this one.

I just started reading this the other day and I must say that I'm hooked. This story depicts what couples go through all the time when you first move in together, whether you're married or not.
I get Peggy's points with the whole marriage and babies thing. It's pretty much what every girl wants for her future. But, I also get where Nick is coming from as well. Why promise to something you're not even sure you won't or are capable of handling. Let's be honest, some people who have kids shouldn't be allowed to create life at all.
But I love Peggy and Nick as a couple. I hope they can work out a solution or if not that a definite compromise to their problems.
Can't wait for the next update :)
