I love the past/present, especially the past. Nick calling Brian "the new guy", the fact that he didn't like him (but we know he will be win over by Brian lol). I just love this story!

Brian died didn't he? :( Why would they replace him....god forbid they do this if..well you know ;) Brian can't be replaced.
