I'm finally playing catch up here! I'm glad no one but Jones believes Nick did it. I hate when characters are quick to turn against someone they love and trust just because the "evidence" suggests they did something wrong. I wonder if someone did deliberately frame Nick by getting his DNA under Annie's mother's fingernails somehow, or if there's another explanation. I'm glad his lawyer's on his way!

I'm glad Annie didn't go there and start accusing Nick, but wanted to hear him out. I think she believes him. Now we just have to see what the final lab report says and see what can be done!

Yikes! I still can't believe this Kendal guy. He's so quick to be Mr. Arresty arresterson but them lets Annie be violent with him and doesn't do anything to her at all. No charges, no "Hrmm she's got a violent streak and she seems to be overly protective of this suspect. Maybe she should be one too? Maybe she hired him to kill the parents." Nope, just an eh, I kind of expected that! What an idiot! And OMG Nick!! Not Jordan! Call someone who has experience and isn't a giant douche! You are being framed for murder not misspelling your name in a will!!!
I hope this gets resolved soon and Nick is no longer a suspect so we can get to the suspense part of this. I want to see who this mystery person is and I'm hoping it's not an evil twin of Nick's we have never met. Although an evil twin sometimes comes in handy.

Writing wise, comment. I love the flow of this story so far if that makes sense? It's just kind of flowing really well from one scene to another. And I loved the little bit about AJ believing Nick was framed. That was cute. Throwing that in there and in turn all the boys were represented in one way ot another. I want Kevin and Howie to show up and start trying to make sense of what's happening. I do this often, but haven't for awhile because he hasn't been around :O( but when things get out of hand I yell Kevin's name. So, KEVIN!!! Let's go buddy!! Time to step in and save the day. Great chapter! :O)
Author's Response: Wow, Mare! I saw this review first on my phone, and it took up the whole screen! Hmm...I honestly didn't even think about Kendall suspecting Annie after her little outburst. It was supposed to be more of a reflection of how deeply Annie cares for Nick and that she's not just going to sit around and not fight it when he gets arrested (and what an idiot she thinks Kendall is). Good point. And is Jordan a douche? I honestly don't know a single thing about him-- just remember reading his name on the credits on the back of the album, so I went with it. Oh, and Kevin and Howie show up in the next chapter!
