Powerful chapter. Glad Kevin knew about Frank and had supported Nick in the past.
This whole Frank situation took me by surprise, can't wait to read more of this! (Any inspiration for the red sweatpants story?)
Author's Response: Thanks! Yes, actually. I plan on getting the sweatpants story moving along after a few more chapters of this one. That one actually takes place after this one, so there are a couple significant things I wanted to reveal before moving along with the other story.

I think I'm even more "WTF?" over this thing with Nick's dad than Brian was. It's interesting that Nick didn't tell any of the guys, except Kevin, but I can see why he wouldn't. The whole thing is pretty crazy!
Author's Response: It is! And honestly, I'm not so sure how I feel about it myself, but I think it's a necessary subplot for the rest of the story, so we'll see how it all pans out!

You did a great job with the bromance in this chapter. I love that he confided in Kevin, that seemed very natural.
So, was Jane cheating on Bob with Frank? And Bob was aware of it? This suddenly makes Bob go from primo douchebag to pretty good, responsible guy for not throwing Jane out on her ass and disowning his brother. Instead staying with her and not abandoning her and the baby. Congrats! That's not easy to achieve when it comes to Bob Carter! Of course there's still no helping Jane! LOL
Author's Response: You know, I'm not sure if I'm ever going to fully explain the whole Frank/Bob/Jane thing. In my head, I imagine she was with Frank first, and moved on to Bob after he was in jail, which might explain some of the dysfunction in that relationship from a fanfic point of view. However, it's not really all that important to the plot of this particular story in my head, so I might leave that up to the imaginations of my readers.
And thanks on the compliments on the bromance. I struggled and struggled with this chapter, and it still didn't feel exactly right, but I was tired of looking at it. haha
