Author's Response: Hey! If I can get anyone to like Kevin, I consider that quite an accomplishment. I know lots of people weren't very fond of him. His worry and care for all the others is what makes me actually love him as much as I do. And yeah, thinking that way about AJ is a pretty good assessment. Thanks, Cinzia! Aw I loved hearing all the old stories of Nick's mischief, and they are right, if anyone can charm someone, it will be Nick :)
But what about those wolves? They are getting a bit too close for my liking, I hope no one gets eaten :(

WOLF FOOD. the boys are so someone's dinner now ;) I love how Kevin and Brian were talking about all those memories because they wanted to keep positive and AJ just keeps confirming their sitiation by being cynical. Cant wait for a new chapter :)

WOLVES!!! Yes! I hope this goes all Cujo now, with the Boys unable to leave the van even if they wanted to because of the bloodthirsty wolves outside! Love it. I also liked the dynamic of the conversation they were having before the wolves showed up, how AJ was getting on their nerves by verbalizing all their worst fears, until Brian and Kevin started annoying him by sharing memories of Nick and Howie like they were already dead. You're doing a great job imagining the types of conversations one might have in that situation. I am sad your updates are going to slow down, but at least it means I won't fall so far behind so quickly LOL.
Author's Response: Why not, right? I've already got the Misery vibe going on, now I can add Cujo to the mix! This story can be my secret ode to Stephen King! LOL I had to bring the wolves back because things were getting too easy for those van guys! Thanks for the compliment about the conversation. It's been fun trying to channel them and how I felt like they might react in this situation. I'm sad I'm slowing down too but at least as of right this second, I am 6 chapters ahead of myself so I feel good knowing that it'll take a while to catch up with myself! Wolves! Noooo. I have so many questions, but I can't even get them out. lol. I do love your updates. Does Tim look like Brian or something? Because I know the teen in the store mentioned someone looking like Brian, or was it Brian.... Or am I trippin'? :) Well, I guess I'll find out soon enough. Maybe I should re-read when I have no whiskey in me! Blah :D hahaha
Author's Response: LOL I picture Tim looking like a cross between Nick and Brian. I did describe him earlier on and when I did I kind of pictured the curly haired Brian from about 10 years or so ago but with Nick's height and build. Hope that helps a little. You can picture him however you like though, just I needed a reason for this girl to take his picture and I figured if he looked like one of the guys, that would do it. Thanks Mandy! I KNEW the wolves would be back! And I total squeed at the intro to his chapter when you announced that Kevin's back! I think I might have actually said "I love Kevin!" out loud. lol

LOL I'm always curious to know which guy people enjoy reading the most when I write stories like this one from multiple POVS where there's really no main character.
