So i just realized that for whatever reason my review was posted on chapter one; i actually meant to put it on chapter 40!
Anyways, i know you said that you were working on other projects, i don't mean to bother you but but let me just tell you PLEASE! Write a sequel! Lol

Author's Response: LOL - I always seem to post my reviews on the wrong chapters. I think it just defaults to chapter 1 for some reason. No worries! I'm flattered that you enjoyed the story so much. There is still the possibility of a sequel, but I have to finish my current project first. If I work on two at a time I get confused. :P

Beginning my reading for the forum challenge! Right off the bat I love the way they banter. I'm a sucker for realism when it comes to dialogue and the way they speak just seems so natural.
Based on the summary, I'm curious to know what's to come.

What is wrong with Brian... His son or a woman he has only known for a few month? No question should of been asked regarding which one.
Nick seems to be the only one that is fighting for Baylee at this point.
If it's true love it will be there after this custody thing is over. Kayla was right to walk away.
Ps please write a nice women into nicks story line. He deserves one after that? Lol

You're right, there should have been no doubt in his mind. Third, Nick is kind of becoming the "hero" of this whole situation. Love him! Finally, you are not the first to suggest that Nick needs a "lady friend" ... I make no promises about what will happen in the future. LOL

I just read all the chapters tonight, and you definitely have my attention.... Great story! I'm always a sucker for well-written Brian stories(there are way too few of those)and this one truly is. I am sad to see Brian going through a hard time with his divorce, and just the thought of him losing Baylee makes me want to cry. The chapter where AJ confronts Brian on his drinking actually DID bring me to tears . . .very powerful. I was not happy when you had Kayla seemingly interested in Nick. It didn't match up with what I had perceived as little sparks of feelings between her and Brian lol I am NOW happy, though, reading chapter 19 and how Kayla felt when Brian hugged her. She was feeling ALL the feelings! Not sure what is going to happen in Montreal, but guessing that maybe the father of Kayla's baby might possibly live there? Can't wait for next chapter!
