Thank God Baylee decided to apologize and be a little better to his dad. I cracked up at the idea of him walking in and Brian and Nick were holding hands! Great job and I can't wait to see what happens!

Okay I am upset at Kayla and Brian! Wasn't getting caught by Baylee be clue enough that you shouldn't be fooling around at Brian's house. I am glad that she made the decision for him but I know that this will leak somehow(Baylee telling Leighanne, perhaps?) and I know this is not the end of the drama. Props to Nick for an amazing plan though!!! As always, great job looking forward to what's next!
Author's Response: Apparently, neither one of them was smart enough to take the hint that they should conduct their "activities" elsewhere. You are correct when you say that this is not the end of the drama. There is definitely some more on the way! Nick was pretty impressive in this chapter. He managed to pull of his plan without too much trouble. :)

What is wrong with Brian... His son or a woman he has only known for a few month? No question should of been asked regarding which one.
Nick seems to be the only one that is fighting for Baylee at this point.
If it's true love it will be there after this custody thing is over. Kayla was right to walk away.

You're right, there should have been no doubt in his mind. Third, Nick is kind of becoming the "hero" of this whole situation. Love him! Finally, you are not the first to suggest that Nick needs a "lady friend" ... I make no promises about what will happen in the future. LOL

Author's Response: LOL I'm glad that you enjoyed Nick's "solution". You're right, they could always date after the situation is resolved. However, they would probably mean that everything would have to work out in Brian's favour at the hearing. You'll have to wait and see what happens. :)

This chapter made me hate Brian even more than possible. Seriously? He is going to whine and say he wants both? And WTF kind of dad hesitates when questioned that what he would do if he had to pick one? He should with out a hesitation say his son! I do hope Brian loses both of them. He is a jerk and maybe Baylee would be better off with Leighanne anyway.
Author's Response: I sincerely love the passion behind this review. Brian is clearly conflicted at the moment. He definitely isn't behaving like the dedicated father that he usually presents himself to be. Then again, nobody can be "perfect" or even "logical" all the time. You'll have to wait and see how it all turns out. :)
