There's not always the happy ending. In the future, I hope to read a story from you where she's effing MISERABLE in North Carolina only compounded by the fact that Nick has met a WONDERFUL, caring woman and is getting married to her.
With as much doubt that Emma carries around with her, she's NEVER going to find a man and be happy. And Nick deserves so much more than that. The road Emma's heading down, she's gonna live a long, lonely life. She's selfish and honestly, needs professional help to get over her commitment fears.
Love is ALWAYS a gamble. But if you don't take that gamble, you could be missing out on the best thing in your life.
