One thing I can't stand about the Backstreet Kids is that they don't call the other members of the group "Uncle"! Like that's all I asked out of the guys having kids but Nah, I just couldn't get that much. I would've enjoyed "Uncle Howie""Uncle B-Rok""Uncle Kev""Uncle Nick""Uncle AJ".. So disappointed

Just wanted to mention as well, when I read that Howie couldn't make one of the recent concerts, I thought of this story!

My heart broke for Howie again in the first line of this chapter. Poor Howie :(
Nick is still being a tool but I cant blame him a whole lot. Howie did make a huge mistake and he is feeling the brunt of it. I am dying to know about the cliffie at the end of the chapter. Nice seeing an update, Julie!

I think that was quite possibly one of the saddest opening lines to a chapter that I've ever read. My heart truly was breaking for Howie during this entire chapter. I can totally imagine him watching Kevin's happy family and falling apart on the inside. I wonder what happens that makes things even worse ... Leigh asks him for an official divorce, the media gets wind of the fact that both Howie and Nick have tested positive .... hmmmmmm.
P.S. Super glad that you posted an update to this story! How is the house hunt going?
Author's Response: Aww... thanks so much! I feel bad for Howie in this story too. I'm closing on my house June 17! Super excited about painting and moving in and decorating it! Between that, work/school, and life in general, I have been incredibly busy the last month or so, which is why I've fallen so far behind on your story and all fanfic!
