Whoa, I'm getting "The Call" vibes LOL. The detective is right, they need to disappear for who knows how long. Lauren knows Nick is alive though...hopefully she doesn't find out and start correcting people online.
Author's Response: LOL - My husband still makes fun of that video! Every time "The Call" comes on and we're in the car, he talks about the video and how Howie morphs into the girl. He finds that part hilarious for some reason.

Ooh, I'm liking this latest twist. While it's not exactly a new storyline, it's been awhile since I've read one of these stories, and I love the idea of the boys having to "disappear" into Witness Protection or whatever it would be considered in this case. Good way to keep them together and cut out their families LOL. Can't wait to see where this goes next!
Author's Response: It's definitely not a new story line, but I'm glad that you're interested anyways. At first, I thought about keeping their families involved, but then I decided that it would be too much work. Haha! Speaking of stories with an original story line, when are you going to update Sick as My Secrets?!?! (No pressure or anything ... LOL)

Author's Response: You should know by now that nothing in the fan fiction world is ever that simple. Baahahahaha! I also felt badly for Howie having to ignore his wife. You could really tell that it was killing him.

I wondered if it would be the entire band. In a sick way I am glad it is, so curious to see how you will continue this. I loved the chapter so great job. Maybe they will go into the witness protection program and a dirty cop will rat them out? Lol, anywho glad I got time to come on and catch up on my reading. Off to the next chapter!

Another great update. I love the idea of them all being in danger & having to lie to their families to keep themselves safe. That just means more brotherly bonding for me! Always a bonus! lol

I see you have another chapter up already, but I'm behind in reading and reviewing…
First, I really like how you're exploring this jealousy triangle between AJ, Nick and Brian (or just the former two). It seems really plausible, what with Brian having opened up to AJ just before Nick's return and then now, understandably, seeming only to want to be with his best friend. I hope you can use this dynamic to develop the story--perhaps the subplot of Brian's issues at home. It will be interesting to read the next chapter from AJ's pov.
I find your writing from Howie's perspective as the most transparent, by which I mean that you portray his observations as more related to what is happening, and distinct from his own reactions, so he makes an excellent narrator. I appreciated those qualities in this part of the story, with the critical plot developments and so many of the other characters' reactions occurring at once.
Great work! Looking forward to what happens next..
Author's Response: I actually find Howie the most difficult to write. I think that stems from the fact that I don't really know all that much about Howie as a person. He's so quiet and reserved! I tend to use his parts to develop the plot simply because I find it hard to figure out what might be going on in his head. I'm glad that you're appreciating his perspective though. I thoroughly enjoy writing the AJ/Brian/Nick triangle. It will definitely keep going throughout the story and you will get some more glimpses into what Brian is going through at home. Thanks, once again, for such a comprehensive review. I love hearing what you're thinking. :)

This is wonderful! Truly wonderful!!! Now I am very excited. :D i love the fact that they are all the targets now and that they need to disappear to be safe. Im sure it will not happen though. :) looks like safety is an illusion hard to become reality in stories that are thrilling. :D than you very much for the update and sorry that I didn't post a review on the previous one, but for that ill say, I love that Nick & Brian got to talk seriously with each other and that their closeness is starting to grow once again. I daily check and waits for your updates, so I am thrilled to have seen this chapter. hehe. You really got me going with your story. ^_^
