I appreciated getting the background on how Sarah pulled off this whole thing. It makes sense that she had to be involved with the police somehow to have access to the information she did and to be able to plant Joey and Tony. The whole thing about the "order" she had in mind was interesting. I'm glad Frick and Frack are a thing again, but Nick and Howie have definitely gotten closer over the years. They're the only ones you really see hanging out outside of BSB stuff, which says a lot. I think I agree that, nowadays, if you wanted to hurt Nick the most, you'd take out Howie as the grand finale. And Nick was the right choice to be the first to go see Howie.
Author's Response: I couldn't agree more with this review! I love that Brian and Nick seem to be close again, but Howie and Nick seem to have the strongest bond at the moment. You do see evidence of them spending time together outside of "work", which warms my heart. I like to think that the guys are friends outside of the group.

They really are a family and however dysfunctional they may be, they'll always look out for each other. I hope Howie's going to be ok.
Author's Response: That's so true: they're all one big dysfunctional family. Really, who's family isn't a bit dysfunctional?? Everyone has the same hope for Howie at this point.

Aww, I'm glad we got that explanation without having to witness it being executed, if that makes any sense? Also nice to know that Howie is awake and out of surgery. I'm looking forward to reading a Nick and Howie scene. I hope the guys file a law suit against this police department from hell! LOL
Author's Response: Yes, what you said makes sense. :P The next chapter will be a Nick and Howie scene, which I'm sure will make you happy, but will be killer for me to write. I have to gear myself up to write a Howie POV.

Oh no... the ending is really coming soon. I can honestly say that I can't wait for the ending, but I also feel sad. I really fell in love with this story and now that its nearing an end I am wishing for more. hehe. Im glad that everybody is doing fine, somehow. :) I do hope Howie won't have anymore complications whatsoever, and that the ending is a happy one. though a twist for a sequel won't be bad. haha! and i must admit that im amazed at how you made our villain, not only is she crazy, she is also very smart. well, i am still looking forward for the rest of this story, cause I am soo reading this to the end. ;) Thank you for this update!
Author's Response: I'm glad that you're going to see the story through until the very end. I only have a few chapters left to go. Like you, I'm excited for it to end, but I'm also sad that it will be over. This story has become a part of me this summer and it will definitely be hard to let it go.

Aww I love Kevi. And how had it is for him to let go of his old habits. And nick is right losing any would've destroyed him. Another great chapter. I like seeing the plan completely explained lol
Author's Response: I know it wasn't the most exciting chapter, but I had to take the time to make sure that everything was explained. I also love Kevin, but I find it hard to get inside his head. He just seems so closed off to me most of the time.
