This broke my heart but in a great and gripping way. This is coming off as incredibly realistic, down to Nick not listing his parents as next of kin, sad as that is. I wonder where Lauren is? But yes, great job!
And to answer your question lol, lets just say a lot. To the point where as a joke I started a round robin of oneshots where Nick dies in every one (since he's sort of the go-to for torture/Kenny of Fanfic if you watch South Park lol). I'd guess at least more than ten times. But I love him! LOL. (Sorry I had to delete and resubmit a few times cause it kept cutting my review off.)
Author's Response: I'm so pleased that you're finding it realistic. I'm not going to lie, I think I'm going to struggle the most with Howie's point of view. That's why I'm saving it for last. That's too funny about Nick being the Kenny of Fanfic (I DO watch South Park)!! LOL It's kind of impressive that you've managed to find ten different ways of offing him. :)

This is so sad! :( I mean that as a compliment, of course. I love angst and drama, but god... it kills me to imagine something like this happening for real! You're doing a great job writing the Boys' reactions. I wonder what happened to Lauren; I have a bad feeling about that.

Wow... what an amazingly written beginning! I was sucked in right from the start just from the realistic (and sweet) scene of AJ trying to comfort a teething Ava, but when he saw the news report about Nick, I about had the same reaction as him! Even though I knew it was just fiction, you wrote that so realistically that I felt sick to my stomach just reading it. Great start!! I'm looking forward to reading more!
