Oh no... the ending is really coming soon. I can honestly say that I can't wait for the ending, but I also feel sad. I really fell in love with this story and now that its nearing an end I am wishing for more. hehe. Im glad that everybody is doing fine, somehow. :) I do hope Howie won't have anymore complications whatsoever, and that the ending is a happy one. though a twist for a sequel won't be bad. haha! and i must admit that im amazed at how you made our villain, not only is she crazy, she is also very smart. well, i am still looking forward for the rest of this story, cause I am soo reading this to the end. ;) Thank you for this update!
Author's Response: I'm glad that you're going to see the story through until the very end. I only have a few chapters left to go. Like you, I'm excited for it to end, but I'm also sad that it will be over. This story has become a part of me this summer and it will definitely be hard to let it go.

Author's Response: I know it wasn't the most exciting chapter, but I had to take the time to make sure that everything was explained. I also love Kevin, but I find it hard to get inside his head. He just seems so closed off to me most of the time.

I'm back lol And you should definitely check out The Following.You're missing out on a great show! I am the same way when it comes to animals! I can't stand the thought of anything bad happening to them. That's why I NEVER watch a movie about an animal. They never end well. Babies? Sure you can kick them the head, but leave the animals alone! lmao
YAY! I'm glad the police finally showed up! It was getting harder and harder to realistically believe Howie would still be able to live if they didn't barge in soon. Loved that AJ's first word was "fuck!" I can see that and I lol'd at Nick barreling Brian down as if he was a dog or something andf of course that hug at the end with Kevin. Awwww! Also got a kick out of Kevin yelling at everyone. Also a very Kevin thing to do. Great job! I'm sad it's winding down as well, but at the same time for progression purposes, also proud of you!
And I'll say it once again, you deserve all the accolades! Brilliant job with this story! Congrats! I hope you win everything you were nominated for, you deserve it! :O)
Author's Response: I think that my husband actually purchased the first season of The Following on DVD (he liked it THAT much). Maybe I will attempt to watch it. (And skip the first episode of course.) The police certainly took their sweet time showing up. Honestly, WHAT were they doing for so long?? Sheesh! LOL Knowing how much you love the Kevin/Nick pairing, I kinda figured that you would enjoy their little moment at the end of the chapter. ;) As far as the awards go, of course it would be nice to win something, but I'm just so surprised to have been nominated that actually winning something would be a crazy bonus as far as I'm concerned. :D

Hm... so it seems Tony isn't in on it. Maybe. He could be faking. I thought he was when he started smiling about the car. We'll see. I loved Nick's reaction at the beginning, when he just started crying and thinking about giving up. Honestly, that would probably be me in a situation like this LOL. It felt realistic to me. It was sweet how Brian comforted him, the scent of Old Spice. I know I've said it so many times before, but I just love the way you write the guys together. Even though this is a great suspense, I really love the bromance.

FYI, I would have balled my eyes out a long time ago and hidden in a closet. I don't do scary/stressful situations very well.

OMG!!! This is getting so scary!!! I love how this chapter paralleled the last one, with AJ, Nick, and Brian talking about how Kevin and Howie are ganging up on them, and then finding the creepy note at the end. I also loved the moment in the middle when Nick reveals that he willed his money to the Backstreet kids in case Lauren wasn't around to receive it. That is SO "fucking sweet," to use AJ's words LOL. Love it!!! I have to read more now!

AHHHH, creepy!!!!! I was just going to tell you what a cute chapter this was, until I got to the end! Love it!!! Someone is definitely messing with them. Who could it be? I loved the two women gossiping about Brian and Nick, as well as Kevin and Howie's conversation. I'm glad Howie opened up to Kevin about how he's been feeling and that Kevin reassured him that they, at least, are a team. Team Howie/Kevin! Can't wait to see what happens next!
Author's Response: In my mind, Kevin and Howie have always kind of been a team. It's all cliche, but they're the oldest so they should just naturally gravitate towards each other. (In my mind anyways). Sorry for ruining the cuteness with the creepiness at the end.

Aw I am glad AJ is okay. I forgot to review the last chapter. But OMG. this story is like crack, I swear. I don't know what I will do with myself when I am done reading it. It's so amazing and one of my favorites now. You're a great writer, I know I've told
you this before but you deserve all the attention you're getting for this story. Can't wait for the next chapter and to find out what the cops have to tell the guys!
