So, I don't normally click on romances. I'm pretty famous for it LOL. "Fluff" just isn't my forte.
But I've been toying with it because of the time travel thing. I'm addicted to sci-fi. I did today because I had some extra time. This while being a very cute story, is also a really creative take on the girl meets bsb, girl gets pregnant idea LOL. I'm not one for female POVs in fanfic either. But I like Court. She's not perfect. She's definitely flawed and had her own issues to deal with, even in the now AU where she was a scientist and I liked that. You can take this a lot of places because now with her flashes of the future everything can change. Anyways Jen, this is actually a very good story. You're one of the very few who got me to read a romance and not click out after the first chapter. Hooray!
Author's Response: Okay, I have to admit I'm shocked to see your review and totally honored!
I totally didn't want to do the same old storyline. No matter how you cut it, if you have a girl and a BSB, most romance stories end up the same even if there's some twists and turns. I toyed with making this from Nick's POV, but I just couldn't get it to work the way I wanted it to. Having him be the one with more memories was actually beneficial because it makes him mature even when he's acting like a dodo bird. My favorite part in writing this is that even though the reader knows 'the story,' it still has room to change. The wonders of sci-fi!

Ok..now to see if she's knocked up like last time.
I can't help but think how much things are going to change now that they actually sorta know what's going on. Is Brian still going to turn out to be the asshole father to Ben...if he does take more responsibility, then Nick, Court and Ben's relationship is going to change drastically.
SEE WHAT I MEAN?!?! There's SOOOOO many possibilities you could take this and I'm about to explode thinking of difference scenarios!!!

Ooooook...now I can see why you told me to hold onto my seat!!! I've got so many thoughts and feelings swirling inside me now!
If she doesn't sleep with Brian (again) there will be no Ben. If she doesn't, then what all she partially remembers will cease to exist. My worry is now, if she DOESN'T sleep with him and have Ben, it will change EVERYTHING. It will change how Nick is, as the adult she knows about now, and herself. It may change how they feel about each other in the future. If she sleeps with Nick now, God only knows how their future will turn out. So many things will be skipped that would shape them into the people they became when she first went back. So full of uncertainty!!
GAH!!! I'm going nuts here with my mind swirling with all these possibilities!! And wondering how things are gonna end up!!! Can't wait to see what happens!!
