Tsk, tsk.... I didn't realize Ashley had a boyfriend. If it was mentioned earlier, I totally repressed it. If her boyfriend is the UN-sub, that would explain a lot. But what's he got against the guys? Is he jealous too? Is he somehow spying on them? Has he seen Brian and Ashley together? Ashley is going to be a target too now huh?
Oh boy, so many questions.
As I have said before, amazing story. It was a nice alert to receive through email that you updated. Especially since my car wouldn't start after work. Boo! Fiction totally helps your mind get away from everyday problems. I commend fan fiction writers for helping me relieve the stress of everyday life. Thanks a bunch. I don't think you'll ever know how truly grateful I feel.

I hope that you eventually manged to get your car started and that you made it home okay. Car problems are THE WORST and they always seem to happen at the most inopportune times. *sigh* I'm glad that I was able to provide you with a bit of a distraction from your lousy day (after) work. LOL It just came to mind whne I read about Nick's getting shot (though, during Breathe, it's actually hard to get him still since he always did his "I'm dancing even though it looks like I'm having a seizure").

Author's Response: HAHA! I was also singing that song in my head while I was writing this chapter. Originally, I was going to say that Ashley had decided to have the shooting take place during Straight Through My Heart, but then I remembered that they didn't do that song on the IAWLT tour because Kevin isn't a part of it. Damn! It's actually one of my favourite up-tempo BSB songs. Anyways, I just about died laughing at your seizure comment!! Nick does kind of look like that sometimes ... poor thing. You will have to wait and see if you're right about Charlie!!
