(First, a quick reply from the last review: she was asked during a videochat Brian and family did some years ago and Leighanne said something like "my ovaries are sick". So, no little Brianna running around... ç_ç)

On the story. Holy hell. They need to find a solution because... well, because if Brian doesn't act like Brian, discussions would rise and there will probably might need a Worldwide Council to understand why he is acting like that. XD I swear, some fans are the strangest ever! Like: "Oh, he wasn't wearing the same outfit as the other, so he mus thinks he's the leader and blah blah blah" (nope, I'm not making it up. Sadly).

So, I agree with Nick. You are screwed.

Author's Response: Hmmmmm interesting. I've never seen that particular interview. Although, I don't tend to pay too much attention to any of the "family" things that Brian does. That being said, Baylee is looking super adorable on Broadway and I've heard good things about his performance. I have to agree with you that some of the people in this fandom are a tad "intense". That's probably why I choose to stay away from Twitter and the rest of it. It's too much for me!! HAHA

I admit. Although I know it's pretty much impossible, since Leighanne has said multiple times that she can't have any more kids, I so wish for Brian to be father again. Just the image of Brian holding a little girl... *_*

And yes, Brian is so going to be in trouble with Nick but... aw. To be in Lauren's shoes in this scene. *pats the head of her cats who will be the only company in her life*

*goes eating a bowl of chocolate ice cream waiting for the next chapter*

Keep going!

Author's Response: I think Brian would be amazing with a daughter! Although, I do find it strangely fitting that AJ has (so far) been the only one to have a little girl. Has Leighanne said that she can't have more children?? I actually didn't know that. I always thought that they had just decided on "one and done". So far, I only have one child and sometimes I think that I would be happy with just one as it's SO much work! LOL The next chapter will be up sometime this week. Until then, enjoy your ice cream!! P.S. Yes, Nick might actually kill Brian when he finds out. HAHA

This is an interesting chapter, as it would be with Nick trying to see, and feel, first hand what it means to be a father. And it wouldn't be an easy task, seeing how the real Brian and Baylee look always so adorable together (my heart melt when there were all those pictures of them at the basketball court *.*).
And I do think that all of these experiences are going to teach, both of them, more and more about each other.

Author's Response: I absolutely adored those basketball game pictures!! It seems like Brian and Baylee have an amazing father/son relationship. Let's hope that Nick is able to form the same bond with his son (who is slated to arrive fairly soon, if I'm not mistaken). I think it will be interesting to see how Nick transforms into a dad. Walking in each other's shoes is definitely teaching both of them some valuable lessons ... even if they don't realize it yet!! :D Thanks for the review!

Wow, this was the most hilarious chapter! I think that Nick has gotten the hang of being Brian -- don't take things too seriously, except possibly trying to undertand your son, and things will go both worse and better than you imagined. The flirting part was great, from both from imagining Nick to be Brian and from Nick's p.o.v., and I really appreciated that he stuck up for Baylee in the end. Even if he doesn't understand anything.
I still hope that Nick and Brian will start to communicate more.. but maybe you're right and it all has to start with a hug. ;)
Keep up the great writing!

Author's Response: I'm glad that you found this chapter funny. I'm trying to intersperse some comedy with the more serious plot-line of Nick and Brian trying to work through their issues. Once Nick finds out what Brian does in the upcoming chapter, he won't feel so bad about the flirting. HAHA (Thought I'd throw out a bit of a teaser for you). Brian and Nick WILL start to communicate more, but not for a few more chapters. Hopefully, you will stick with me while I work up to their big talk. :P Thanks again for another lovely review!! xx

I think you're definitely getting somewhere with this story, both in terms of exploring Brian and Nick's current/recent relationship and delving into the overall group dynamics. I do think, though, that there would be a bit more communication between two people who have switched bodies and are having to pretend to live each other's lives until some unknown point in the future. They need to realize this and plan more. For one, what about Nick (in Brian's body) trying to get a handle on his voice by learning the therapy exercises--Brian could teach him. And Brian could get more info to get ready for the Dancing with the Stars gig. They could pass it off to the restof the guys as some kind of bonding sessions to improve their relationship and then mutually improve their current situations. Please? Talk some sense into them for me. ;)
On a note more related to this particular chapter, I can definitely see this happening, but it's going to go nowhere unless Nick (in Brian's body) can start working on the leads that he does get to keep. Hence the therapy suggestion!
Do keep writing... I really like your imaginative take on the Frick & Frack issue resolution story. ;)

Author's Response: Thanks so much for the review!! I agree that Brian and Nick should be talking to each other more. I think part of the problem is that they've just gotten so used to NOT talking to one another that they literally have no idea what to say or how to say it. At this point, they do need to do some serious bonding. However, one of them needs to initiate it and they're both being a bit stubborn at the moment. Perhaps if Nick actually said: "Hey, Brian, show me how to so some of your vocal exercises so I don't sound like a dying cat ..." things would actually get somewhere. Of course, Brian is just as much to blame as Nick at this point as he's just pushing aside all of Nick's commitments. I will try my best to talk some sense into the two of them, but sometimes the characters just write themselves. LOL Thanks again for your input and kind words. Your reviews always make me think about where the story is going. :)

First of all, I just want to say that I love reviewing this story. *_* So, sadly, you're going to have to read my nonsensly rumblings until the end. lol

I'm selfish, I know. I know that it might help him, that the group would benefit and whatever. But I don't want less Brian. Already I had to go through an album where Brian's voice could barely being heard. Him giving up leads on older songs? Hell to the no! U.U Especially cause it would feel weird. Can you imagine Howie singing Brian's parts on As Long As You Love Me? O.o No, thank you. lol
And I'm like Nick. Him giving up his leads will be like him giving up getting better. And maybe I'm a hopeless optimistic, maybe I should be more realistic, but I believe in a very few things and one is Brian getting better again. U.U

Author's Response: Like you, I'm holding on to the (unrealistic??) hope that Brian will get better. Brian is the reason why I became a BSB fan in the first place, and if he were to leave I don't know if I would still be a fan (at least not to the extent that I am now). I do enjoy AJ's voice quite a bit, but not as much as Brian's. Nick's voice had also gotten better (in my opinion) over the past couple of years. However, their sound is based on the five of them ... even with Kevin missing the sound wasn't quite the same.

Oh Nick, if you only knew how many times Lauren had lied and told you that your ideas/projects were great when, in reality, they weren't. LOL

Second... if you really had this image (which is totally adorable and I might have squealed a bit... well, more than a bit! lol) about you three all together, you should have stayed away from drugs and Paris Hilton. For the future, always remember: I must stay with Brian.

Author's Response: Isn't that what wives are supposed to do; lie to their husbands so that they feel good about themselves?? LOL I wonder what Lauren told Nick when he announced that he was doing DWTS?? Clearly, she didn't try to talk him out of it like she should have. Nick should have stayed away from drugs and Paris Hilton without question! That was a rough time for poor Nick; glad that he managed to pull himself out of it. Thanks again for your consistent reviews! It really means a lot to me. :)

I totally loved the last part: are you sure, Brian, that Nick would remember to talk about that? lol
(And I kinda wish your Brian would managed to kinda discourage Nick to go to DWTS. Ooops?)

Sorry, Lauren, but no one can actually explain the magic in the Frick and Frack's relationship. And I speak from experience. lol

Ps. the popcorn are always ready. lol And the cookies! lol

Author's Response: Ugh! I also kind of wish that this Brian is able to talk Nick out of doing DWTS. I actually don't understand why he went on the show. Although he did well and he was clearly a fan favourite, I don't think that it helped his celebrity reputation by any means. Why did you have to mention cookies?? It's like 8:00 AM and now I want a chocolate chip cookie ... thanks! HAHA :P

*bangs Howie's head against the wall*
Stop being such a drama! lol You're almost as bad as Nick. lol

Still having my pop-corn ready for the Nick and Leighenne's scenes. LOL

Author's Response: The Nick and Leighanne scenes are coming up soon! Make sure you keep your popcorn nice and fresh! :D

LOL to Brian being awkward around Lauren hehe.

I love how Nick and Brian are being forced together. I need them to work out their problems. All this fighting is not good for the soul. No wonder they body switched!

I can't wait to see how Nick deals with Leighanne. I'm hoping he blows up, he's such a ticking time bomb. I just realized... Maybe Baylee will recognize, that his dad, is not his dad. Is he the in?

Yes, I'm forever guessing what is next.

Btw, love the fact that everyone knows how much they need each other, including them. Damn then for not being able to admit it to each other.

Author's Response: I'm so glad that you're constantly trying to figure out what's coming next. To me, that means that you're invested in the story; which is amazing!! I also need for Brian and Nick to work things out. Writing about them disliking each other is hurting MY soul!! :P If nothing else, Brian and Nick both seem like they can be very stubborn so I can totally see the two of them wanting to make amends but neither of them having the courage to say the first word. Good for the others and forcing them together!

Okay.
Seriously. Maybe it's because when it comes to Brian and Nick, I'm always wearing my slashy glasses but... but! This chapter was so "we've been fighting now it's time to make up but we're too blind and stupid to take the first step. And of course we get interrupted by a wife. Of course!"

Now it's time to grab the popcorn because Nick and Leighanne? LMAO!!!

Author's Response: OMG Here comes the drama, for sure! Nick is going to lose his mind trying to get along with Leighanne. Hopefully, he can pull it together for Brian's sake though. Anyways, I kind of like how you always see things through your "slashy glasses" as it gives me a unique perspective on what I've written. In my mind, the chapter was totally platonic, but I can see how it might be interpreted otherwise. HAHA!! :D

I've been saying for chapters that they should talk... but no, they figured it out only when Howie started to act like a child. (Sorry, Howie, but it's true. And still you're not being the star of the show *pats his head*)
Only Nick could be jealous of his own body! lol would that be consired cheating? And if you do considered cheating, how are you going to explain it to Lauren or Leighanne? XD

Author's Response: LOL - If only they were able to hear/listen to your advice. That's right, Howie will not be the star of the show ... at least not in a story that I write. LOL He deserves to have some screen time though. ;) I'm not sure if it's technically cheating if it's his body doing all the 'activity' ... It's probably best to just make sure that Lauren and Leighanne are kept in the dark. HAHA

I find it funny that, while the general fandom belief is that she's hated by all the other wives, Leighanne is the one you actually see interact most with all of them (and yes, it's shocking, even Lauren). I love when real life basically proves wrong all the fandom's "truths". lol

Second thing funny: Brian and his reaction to Nick's DWTS. That's me! That was what I said when I heard the news. lol It's not like he has gained much more popularity after... oops? XD

Plus, can I say it was totally heart-breaking how Brian wanted to thank Lauren for believing in him? *hugs him as tightly as possible without chrushing his tiny bones*

I know I don't say it often, but what I really like about your stories is always the plot. You always come up with such amazing and original plotlines that it actually makes me forget how much I hate 1st POV's stories and keep waiting (im)patiently for the next chapter. =D

Author's Response: Honestly, I hardly pay attention to the wives and what they do/don't do. I have no interest in them aside from their husbands!! LOL That being said, I have seen them all interacting with one another fairly often. I think that you would almost be forced to become friends when your husbands are all so close. I know that has been the case for myself and my best girlfriends; our husbands are now all close friends by default because we all spend so much time together. Anyways, in this situation, it's poor Brian who is buying into the fandom's "truths" in that he has just assumed that his wife is left out. Poor Brian! He needs to stop jumping to so many conclusions!! LOL In terms of DWTS, I watched it whenever I remembered that it was on, but I wasn't like glued to the TV or anything. I don't really enjoy all of those reality talent shows ... but whatever floats your boat, right? ;) HAHA - You have mentioned before that you hate 1st person POV, so thank you so much for your lovely praise!! I truly enjoy reading your reviews and they give me motivation to keep writing! :D

Well, when shit hits the fan, it really hits huh?

But Howie, come back! They are getting a little better. Sometimes you just gotta fight it out, quite literally.

But, I get where Howie is coming from. Especially when you are the one who everyone leans on for support. Sometimes, you just blow. Who's the tea kettle now? LOL

I hope they can at least convince Howie that they are getting along. They need a code word for when they are about to duke it out. Like spam, or something outrageous that will make the fight stop. Heh

Well, have a happy new year and thanks for the update before the year is up! Hope the new year brings you many blessings.

Author's Response: I figured that if Howie was going to have a meltdown that he should have a massive one. Go big or go home, right?? Hopefully, dumb and dumber will be able to speak to one another and convince Howie that he needs to come back. As much as I tend to overlook Howie, the group really wouldn't be the same without him. OMG - the image of Brian and Nick yelling "spam" at one another has me dying!! Too funny!! I hope 2016 is off to a good start for you and that you had a lovely holiday celebrating with family and friends. :)
