Ooh, I hadn't thought about the fans strategizing to swing the vote one way or the other, but that is a good idea, at least in a situation like this one with AJ having to drink. Too bad it didn't work. I wonder if they will really make him drink alcohol or if there will be some kind of twist (maybe it's not alcohol, but something worse, something toxic?). Reading on!

Finally an update! I kept checking my mail for the notification of your update and I was so happy when I saw it! Yay!
You know, I'm kinda disappointed of the fans: there is a poll about basically hurting your favorite band and no one has thought about contacting some kind of hacker to find out the source? Come on! We're always one step ahead of the Boys and, yet, they are just there voting? And commenting? Although, being this fandom, I'm not really surprised... lol
Oh, the quiet ones. You forget about them existing until they do the unexpected. ;)

Author's Response: Sorry I took so long to get this chapter out. I was on vacation last week and had no time to write. It's nice to see that you haven't given up on me! In all fairness, I don't think that I would think to contact a hacker!! HAHA - I would be one of the silent sufferers; not voting, not commenting, just lamenting the boys' situation with my BFF. :P Really, though, the police need to get their act together and hire someone who can find out where the boys are!! Thanks for the review! P.S. I couldn't help but notice that you commented specifically on the only little bit of Brian that popped up in this chapter. LOVE!!

Yay! An update, woo! Hope all is well. So much rain over here, wow. Stay safe out there.
Dang these darn non fans! Whoever is voting obviously knows Aj's history with alcohol, grr. People can be so malicious. To make a man break his sobriety! Poor AJ. I am forever the hopeful one and am crossing my fingers that he will get out of this some how. But what fun would that be for the story right?
I do wonder if Brian would have sacrificed his self for any of the guys or just for Nick? He is very brave to speak up. That's why he is my fav. He he.
I love what you put in there about the backstreet army. That is soooo what the fans would do. Someone would organize and round up the fans to fight the good fight.
I am always ready for the next update, can't wait to see what happens with AJ and Nick. Or maybe we will see what Brian, Kevin and Howie see on the ipad and we will get to gauge their reactions.

Author's Response: Sorry for not updating last week. I was on vacation and had no time to get any writing done. I swear that vacation time is always busier than "regular" time. I thought that you were supposed to relax on vacation; not the case for me apparently. HAHA Anyways, I'm happy to see that you're still reading and reviewing. You're right in the sense that it wouldn't make for a very good story if AJ were to get out of having to take a drink. However, you never know what I'm going to do! ;) I don't use Twitter, so I'm glad you thought that bit about the Backstreet Army was realistic. I figure that there are plenty of fans who are way more dedicated than me who follow the boys on Twitter and who would try and save them. Although, perhaps if this was real, I would have to suck it up and create a Twitter account. It hasn't been raining very much here, but it has been SUPER hot and humid! It's killer for my hair. HAHA Thanks again for the review! I hope to have the next chapter up soon. :)
