Wow, Melicia really needs a bit of an attitude adjustment (not that I'm saying I don't blame her for how she's acting because she did lose her mom. I don't except her to be all cheery and jumping for joy). Brian's attitude towards her was a little harsh though. I think his words did not come out right, but then again that is just my opinion and I'm not the author of this story. LoL. Ignore me. Heh. Anyway, nice little update. Awe, your chapters are a little too short for my taste! Melicia definitely has her moments that are a little outrageous, but it's understandable. Howie having to deal with the whole ordeal sucks. But, you definitely have the emotions in there. A little more detail appreciated, but it doesn't matter, you're awesome at the writing bit.

Man, Twinny. Emotional chap I have to say. To be honest, I nearly started crying when Howie said, "Te amo, mi hermana. Te amo." Don't know what it was about that, but it made me want to start bawling. Then again, I've always been a really emotional person. I'm feeling for Melicia.
