Awww...poor Kevin...I could cry for him. My heart actually stopped when reading the part of him taking out the pictures of Beth and his son. So sweet yet so sad. Great job! I am loving this story!

This is turning out to be a really cute story. I feel pretty bad for Kevin, though. To lose a wife and son would be really hard. Poor guy. But I really like the story. Just a suggestion - space out your paragraphs with lines in between, makes it easier to read! Other than that, very sweet.
