That was extremely bittersweet, Ashley. Almost morbic to a point, even with a happy ending. It's so hard to get over death and I think you captured it to a 'T' (not that I really understand what the Hell that means). I'm sorry I didn't read this sooner. It's beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. Fly was the perfect song for this perfect fiction!

That was pretty dang drawn out. Not necessarily a bad thing either. Cause usually song fincs end up being rather short. However, I kinda lost track of the lyrics, forgetting it was a song fic. But I enjoyed it. You had some major guilt riding on Nick's shoulders, which was completely normal and to be expected for his situation. I particularly liked the fact how you drew the story out with Nick's trouble of dealing with his guilt and emotions, not just like some other stories similar that briefly describe the emotions and guilt and then have the person quickly get over it. That's not very realistic, so good job on drawing that out. Overall, this was decent and I liked it. Bout time you posted something new. I was beginning to think you weren't going to again.
