Eesh... I'm almost in tears... That was a rough chapter. That's good that Alyssa gave Nick her razor, though. That shows that she knows she doesn't need to do that anymore. Let's hope she sticks with that.
I hope Nick lets her cope and helps her through everything. I mean, even with Alyssa using him as a distraction is somewhat typical. It's not because she doesn't care.
This is definitely getting more intense. Great job, honey! :D
P.S. - This is probably in bad taste, but the image of Nick in the tux and then with his shirt sleeves rolled up... Damn!

Aww, okay, that's adorable! It's really sad to hear Jamie tell Nick that he's dying. That's going to be devastating for Alyssa. But the fact that Jamie counts Nick as a member of the family already is awesome. I'm guessing it's going to be a while, but it'll be sweet to read how Nick proposes and tells her about when he got the ring. So cute! :D

Wow... Good chapter. A huge range of emotions. From Nick and Alyssa sneaking around to Alyssa's dad's cancer and then to almost everyone close to Nick and Ali finding out about them. lol. I like that they're sneaking around, but I'm anxious to see how everyone reacts when they're finally together. And dammit, Ali, tell the poor boy you love him! :D
