first, i want to say i am freakin excited that you have finally updated, and its about dang time!..lol still love you guys! i hope that nick and alana can pull together and be a family! now with nat, i think she went too far with nick! she is making herself look like a slut.. doesnt matter if brian is being an ass, but i am sure he would of forgiven in a matter of time.. cuz a month is not much for him to forgive her at all! anywayz i think you should do another update so i know everthing will be okay with nick and alana and soon!..lol

Ok... to start I have to say that I have really enjoyed reading this story. But with that I can to be honest and say that the last few chapters I have not enjoyed... I use to love this story because it make me laugh and cry at the same time. I thought the development and interaction between Nick and Al was amazing. And even when AJ was flirting it still seem real but like I said if I am honest that has changed in the last few chatpers. I feel like the story has lost the REAL connection which is what I loved. I still think you both are amazing writers and I will continue to read the story but feel that the direction the story has take seems too much like fiction.
Author's Response: If you feel that you can be honest with us. Then I feel that we can be honest with you. I don't understand what you mean about losing a real connection in the story, much less how a fictional story seems too much like fiction. Nick and Alana, as well as Natalie and Brian, are going through the trials and triubulations of normal relationship. Natalie is vulnerable from her break-up with Brian and is looking to find any source of comfort. Having been turned away once again from the only man she's ever loved, she's hoping to find some sort of satisfaction in knowing that she can get a man that is seemingly untangible (i.e. Nick). Yes, it is her best friend's lover, but it's the only man that she is comfortable with. And, it might just upset Brian to know that Nick is attracted to his former lover. And Nick falling for the advances... Well, I guess it would be too easy to say he's male and let it be at that. The fact is, he's never been strong-willed in the story. He loves Alana dearly, but he did have history with Natalie. And, being apart for weeks is straining, especially when you're the sole provider for a young infant. Everyone has a weakness. Is it wholesome? No. But, why make a character flawless? It seems to me that a character who is flawless is too fictional. Or, perhaps, if you're speaking to Alana's new career choice. She was fortunate enough to have friends in the music business to give her a leg up because of natural talents. I don't know what else has happened in the past chapters to disappoint you, but that was just an attempt to solve the upset. We do hope that you continue to read the story, but we can't be expected to change the story to fit someone's beliefs about branching out of "seeming too much like fiction." Because it is fiction. And, personally, I write these stories with mysoulunfolding because I like to step away from reality and spend time with my best friend in the entire world. I write for her and only her. I hope you understand.

I'm literally in tears from this. I can't handle it. Usually when things get this bad in a story to make me start bawling, I usually quit reading it, but I..just..wish you didn't leave us hanging like this with this chapter. I literally need to know what's going to happen.
I still have hope for Nick and Alana more than anything though. I just..can't believe it. I'm literally bawling. This was great, but you have..to write more soon, so I'll know how this works out, because to tell you the truth..I literally stop reading stories when I start bawling like this, unless I really have hope for it...

Love this tory! Cannot begin to count how many times I've re-read this story while waiting for an update!
But I absolutely hated this update!! How on earth could Nick be so stupid?? I really thought he would be smarter than that, especially after he had to fight so hard to gain Alana's trust and love. He's acting very childish, and I'm dissapointed to see that it has come to this. Also that he doesn't involve himself more in the twins...
Nat, what to say. Used to love her despite the ditzyness, but this is just appalling, especially at Tabu. So much for a best friend - makes sense why she doesn't have any other female friends!! I guess she cannot really bet kicked to the curb because of Baylee, but jesus... Wonder ehat Brian will say.
Alana, I hope she'll be wise and doesn't jump AJ. That would be stupid as hell. Let Nick sweat, but hopefully she'll keep loving him.
Hopefully harmony will be restored soon in this story. Looking forward to a new and more positive update!

Oye vey. Natalie starts everything & Nick tries to stop it, & then she does things to him & he can't stop it - but the whoel time he's thinknig of Alana! Holy fuck, this shit is fucked up!!!!! These people need shrinks or somethin'! Yeesh!
