I just finished this story..it took me a couple of weeks but it was so worth it. This and your other stories (Broken..) are the best fanfics i've ever read.
I have to read the Post-Epilogue again sometime because it made me so emotional..i cried harder than i read it hehe
I was also a little bit insecure in the beginning of "broken"...a story about cancer? wow that's something, but i'm glad i did read it...
I'm gonna tell me friends about your stories..it really touched me!

I just started reading it a little over a month ago, after I finished Broken. While I enjoyed reading Broken quite a bit, this story is by far my favourite out of the two. I guess I'm a sucker for drama and romance hehe. I loved your song lyrics throughout the story, you always seemed to pick ones that fit perfectly. The part where Claire left Nick had me in tears, it was so sad. But yay they got back together! It was so sweet how he was always there for her, even when she was so blatantly with someone else. I liked how you brought back the idea of two soulmates dying within days of each other, that was really sweet and touching. It made the end of the story really come to a close, it made it feel finished. I really liked that.

I enjoyed using the song lyrics too; I never used to be into that, but there were some songs that just seemed so perfect, I had to incorporate them somehow. And I'm glad you liked the ending... I toyed with some other ending ideas that were less cliched, but this was the only one that really felt perfect to me. Thanks again for your reviews! :)

WoW. I would have never imagine the story would en like that, it was really a shock andd surprise. It was really good. But certainly not what I was expecting. First of all, wow, I can't believe it's over but that leads to: congratulations with this wonderful story you've written, it was so emotional,so dramatic and yet so beautiful. You're an awesome writer and I want to thank you for sharing this story with us.
Now, second, about the story itself, the last chapter, epilogue and post-epilogue, wow, they were something, I loved the wedding, i could picture it in my head and it was just so beautiful. I was so glad they lived "happily ever after", they deserved it, after all they went through, it was just the right thing. I alomst cried in the post-epilogue but it was just how it should've finished.
You know, I almost gave up on this story, when I was starting to read Broken because I was like "Oh no, I don't want to read a story where Nick has cancer" but then I thought that i had never read a story like that so I kept reading til i couldn't stop, it was so good and i can say i wasn't disappointed, not a bit.
So again, congratulations on the excellent job, you have a talent for writing, no doubt and thanks for the acknowledgement :D

I do got to say it feels weird to read the end after all i have been following this story for years. and to see it is over now i think that is what makes it sad. are u going to write any new stories but yes I am glad they did live a long and happy life but in the end of this story is really hit me hard that one day we will all grow old. so thanks again

Wow...
I started reading this story back in 2004 or something like that and Im sorry I never review (Im sooo shy Im even nerveous right now) But I have to let you know the end was perfect and I cant stop crying cause Im happy they got their happy ending but Im sad cause Im gonna miss it. I feel like something in mi life ended and its a bittersweet feeling. This story is gonna stay with me for the rest of my life.Thank you for making me laugh, cry, scream, get angry ,fight with my computer (well 3 computers since two have died since Broken)Thank You.

Wow... Ok uhmm where do I start? I still cannot believe that this story is actually finished! And weren't you afraid some of your readers would be disapointed by the ending? I thought it ended exactly as it should. I mean yea everything ended happily, but after ALL the torture you put both Claire and Nick they deserved a happy fluffy ending.
It was a relief to see that the both of them went on to live very long happy lives together and had more kids. I thought that it was also very fitting that Nick would pass away right after Claire. It's very true; if a man does first the woman can go on living without them, but when a woman goes first a man just loses the will to live. The same thing happened to my friends grandparents. Anyway I enjoyed the ending even though it almost made me think of the ending of Titantic cuz I was picturing them all young again in my mind.
Thanks you SOOOO much for the acknowledgement. I wasn't expecting it, so its really awesome to be recognized. This series has captivated me from the moment I stumbled upon it... Ok maybe not THE moment cuz I actually gave up on it at first which I've admitted to you because I was like Uhmm ok Nick is dating a stripper and he has cancer? What the hell kind of story is this? But I'm SOOOOO glad I went back to it and then got sucked in. As I said on the AC forum this story has motivated and inspired me in so many ways and in risk of sounding like an insane stalker it REALLY did help give me the basis for my current fic. So yea you're awesome and I can't wait to read your next story!
