Author's Response: Thanks Amy!! That's quite the compliment. I'm glad that we've been able to keep your interest. You should have seen us when we came up with the idea for Brian as a Batman type... (Sarah's a genius, I don't know what I'd do without her.) Sarah totally said this crazy idea of Brian as a superhero, like she was completely joking, and then there was a conversation about Brian in spandex and the next thing you know? In The Shadows was born! lol we're totally having a blast with this so we're totally excited to see that there are others having fun with it as well!!! Thanks again Amy!! Author's Response: lol yeah, *sigh* oh that silly Mac! Honestly, is there a woman in this world that could withstand Brian forever? I don't think so. If I was her I'd have been toast on day one. How that's going to effect her case? well we'll just have to wait and see about that now won't we?

You do have to admit, though, that Baylee really is quite the charmer - and the kid just turned 5 two months ago. You just KNOW he's gonna be a heartbreaker when he grows up - but his dad WILL make sure he is raised with morals and shows respect, so it's all good.
Great job, guys! Keep up the awesome work. I can't wait to read more.

Sarah and I talk all the time about how we love Baylee. We're probably having too much fun writing him in this story.
