OK so my thoughts on what might/should happen. With Nick changing his life he should not Cheat... so the new wife will have to cheat on him which then makes him leave the marriage (but he is very upset about his breaking up) ... Ali will get pregnant by Sean who will be deployed before he finds out. He will die in war. Since Ali is alone in NC she will move to where Izzy (so Izzy can help her) which is where Nick is (being consoled by Izzy)... that places them together with Ali needing someone...
That is just my guess.... lets see how close I am when the story plays out.

Hm. I'm interested to see where this goes. I'm really shocked to see Nick married off so quickly. He doesn't seem too interested in Alyssa anymore, either. Write more soon!
Author's Response: Yea it's definitely unexpected! Wanted to catch everyone off guard a bit. The rest of the story picks up about a year later, so let's see if things change any more in another year...
