Ah, they talked, ran from the rain, tripped, and then Nick leans down and kisses her. I hope he doesn't get up and run away from her, eh. That would be heartbraeking. I think that Nick has come to the conclusion that he loves her, but doesn't know what to do due to that Spencer is from his past [but also present now] and then there's uh..Cara.
I hope he'll follow his heart. You know, it would be cool if this is like a mindsight that reads into the future, kinda like a dream, then it turns out that they're really in present-day and it's helped the young Nick [27-year-old] realize who he truly wants to be with. That would be cool. Did that even make sense? haha.
Oh well, this was a great chapter. I enjoyed it very much. I'm excited to see what'll happen next, so please write more as soon as you can. =]
Author's Response: I think the word you're looking for is "foresight" but, yeah, that's a pretty cool idea! If I'd thought of it before, I may have used it, but I think I really did want this to be reality for Nick and Spencer, so that's what it is! Glad you're enjoying it, and you'll just have to wait and see what happens next :P

You really should be receiving more reviews for this then you already have, because this story really is enjoyable. I'd been having a feeling that something was going to eventually happen between Nick and Spencer. And somehow I feel Cara is going to find out and all shit will hit the fan. Woot, this chapter was great to say the least! Brian and the other fellas know that Spencer is still in love with Nick. It's a shame that Nick doesn't see that though. Hm, at least Nick made the effort to speak with her when she wasn't making a move to go speak with anyone.
And the charades game was a great idea. Nick was liking what he saw from Spencer, haha. Cara didn't seem to like it all that much though. Hm, maybe this has sparked something inside of Nick? Even though, he tells Cara that he'll always 'want Spencer' in that physical way cause' she has a great body. Maybe it's something more than that though. Eh, I hope he'll come to realize it really soon though.
You did a great job on this chapter, darling. I hope that you'll write more as soon as you can. I love this already to bits and pieces. :D

It's not that I didn't want Leighanne in the story, I just needed to get rid of one of the wives LOL It turned out to be both AJ and Brian who lost theirs, but yeah...I hope it's sorta believable LOL

Ah, this is literally amazing. Ah, I can still feel the connection there between Spencer and Nick. I don't think it ever went away. Sydney wants them to be together so badly. I really hope that they'll come to realize some things - I think think that they are already starting to slowly realize some things.
I think Spencer's always loved him though and has always known it. I feel as if Nick has tried to push the feeling away over the years. It'll be something if Cara is the one to realize that Spencer and Nick loves each other and can't marry him for that.
