So that was an interesting chapter. To be completely honest I wasn't exactly a fan of the constant back and forth from past to present. I had to reread things a few times to make sure that I had completely understood them. With that aside though it all makes sense between Kayden and Nick now. I'm completely positive that Lisette was in cahoots with Chris and she was prolly hiding in the pictures taking those pictures herself. I'm curious though if Nick is still friends with Chris? I mean if I were him I wouldn't put all the blame on Kayden because it definitely takes two. But who knows? Maybe Nick figures bros over hoes?
Now if someone could just get Lisette to admit that the pictures were a set up maybe at the very least Kayden and Nick could become friends. I'm not sure yet if they could get back together just because they've said some pretty effed up things to each other, but it would be interesting to see!
Author's Response: LOL I know right? Yay cute preggy women! Though I have a guyfriend who finds them adorable, hence the basis for Luke lol. I didn't mean for the chapter to come off confusing, but in their heads as they were fighting, remnents of the first of many were coming back, so I wanted to reflect that if that makes sense lol. Thankies for honesty though :). I'm glad it finally makes sense as to why its so hard for them now. They get to a point of peace and then it reverts back cause neither can forget the past. Which I know may annoy some of my readers, the off/on...hot coldness of it lol. As for Lisette, well, that's to come :)
