Great chapter! I was wondering when we were going to get another update on this. I have to agree with Kayden about New Years. I find it to be a really depressing holiday for some reason. I know it sounds horrible, but I know I usually wind up reflecting on how much I regretted of the previous year. Sounds to me though that Nick and Lis and Kayden and Luke are going to bump into each other at some local bar or something.
And the wole Chris thing now has me wondering... Was he telling the truth? Do him and Kayden still talk? Does Nick know how he tried to come between him and Kayden? Juicy... Can't wait for more to be revealed.
There was just one part where I think you mixed up Luke's name and wrote Sebastian instead. I was like whoa... Am I reading G&G or Rehab? lol

Hmm... Interesting. I like how slowly things are beginning to fall into place about their past together. I'm a little surprised to see that there was actually a relationship once there. I assumed that Kayden's pregnancy was a result of just one night of passion between two friends.
Ha Nick's a jerk in thinking that things went well w/ Lissette. In her defense though it WAS pretty shitty to wait until Christmas Eve to drop the bomb. I mean do you have to ruin the girls Christmas even if she is a bitch? I'm intrigued though to find out what exactly Lissette said to Kayden 8 months ago and WHY she seems to think that Kayden is such a slut. Based on the flashback it sounds as if Kayden was anything but.

Author's Response: Wow I'm delayed, I officially suck for not checking LOL. And yeah, I wanted to just show in moments where they seem so at odds, what it was like before it all changed as they grew up and grew together. Nick...is well Nick lmao. It was shitty of him, which to me shows there is a reason Kayden calls him asshole all the time lol. As for Lisette and Kayden...that will come out soon enough. I hinted at the reason why Kayden is called slutty in early chapters, but hehe that's not coming till later. ;) Thankies, and lol I feel your pain, I've been busy too!
