I had just left a review on another story and came to the front page and saw this one was updated, and got really excited. To read this...I am just SO sorry. I don't even know what to say. Ya'll wrote so well, especially on the beginnings of An Ideal Marriage, and I know that he was really dedicated to this even when he was sick, it was truly amazing to me.
Its just so sad to see someone have their lives cut short by a disease, I hope to God they can find a cure for it someday. My condolences go out to you, his family, his partner, this is just so sad to hear. It was courageous of you to come on here and tell the people who read his stories, and it was nice to know that this site could still light him up towards the end. May he rest in peace, and again, I'm so sorry for your loss.

Once again you guys have done a good job of telling this love story without making it sappy and providing a cliffhanger to boot! AJ and Brian....I knew there was a interest going on with Brian. And of course, Matt and Corey are still just too cute....I'm looking forward to the wedding. Half of chapter 13 got erased by mistake so I'm waiting until I get to the computer I work with so that I can add in the erased parts and upload it. How did you like your birthday edition of LBUT? Omg! I'm like in love with this story. I was just randomly googling backstreet fics site or something along those lines, and this one came up somewhere in the down the line. The first thing I do is look for kevin/nick fics. I'm so glad I found this one.
I think I read something similar to this like years ago but not too sure. I love Corey and Nick's relationship and Nick and Kevin's relationship. I cannot wait to read more (:

Aw, I was so excited when I saw this one back up, I had almost given up on this one getting another update. Glad that Kevin is really taking some initiative on this one, and the dynamic between the parents gets more interesting with each chapter. Hope to see you guys update soon.
Author's Response: I'm glad you didn't give up. A lot of stuff has been happening and it's just made me delay this over and over again but enough is enough now. We finished this story awhile back, only the chapters have to be edited out so I'm making myself sit down and do it. Thanks for not giving up :)
