Mobar the smallest of the7 moons orbiting the planet Annares, once this moon had clean air pure water rich with life but beneath its surface it was rich with JAVA the very substance that fuels the universe. Now after the Terren Corp add this planet to its group, the planets supply of JAVA has dried up and is know filled industrial factories, dark brown polluted air blocks the near by suns rays, water supply of the planet contaminated, sand storms frequently hit the planet. The perfect safe heaven for dangerous criminals and outlaws of the Terren Corp. although the planet still under Terren rule but the only ruler of this planet is TS the Trade Syndicate.



after a long day at the iron factory Max walks in the local bar, he takes off a heavy coat a special night vision goggles and an oxygen mask to help him breath he raps every thing up and puts it in his back pack, he walks straight to the bar and order his usual from Joe the bar tender, Joe's bar are one of the few that welcomes not just humans, but all kind of alien life form.

" Hey Joe what's cocking tonight " Max with a depress look asking Joe as he puts his drink in front of him " Cordopas dead, the syndicate whacked him out side of the red suns bar down at 54th" Max replied "damn that alien freak owes me money" and starts to drink "well tuff luck, you cant get any thing out of the syndicate you know " Joes says to Max and heads off with a drink for another customer, Max looks at the TV and watches the news, it was about the RFW's the Republic of Free Worlds. The Terren spokesmen announced that its only a matter of time till these group of bandits are annihilated, the RFW are trying for the last 40 years to over throw the Monarchy and the board members of the Terren Corporation the Tyrell family which is headed by the newly appointed King Lucian IV. "Max, don't believe that bullshit you just hared on TV" Joe said interrupting Max thoughts, Max looked at him and asked " why do you think all this is just bull" Joe said "I have a cousin that runs a bar on Ode" Max said " Vega sector??, that's almost on the edge of the Terren boarder" Joe said " yea Vega, he said the Terren Corp is having a really tough time holding things there, not to mention the Kayteen empire from the other side" Max waved with his empty glass for more drink and says "will thing cant be worst then here, we have are own problems with the syndicates new boss and all " Joe said while refilling Max drink " your absolutely right, things cant get worst than this"

a big explosion throws every body of there chairs ripping of the front of the bar with the loud sound of laser machine guns roaring over Max's head, he quickly crawls his way to the back room and finds Joe already there trying to open a secret exit, Max yells "what the hell is going on, you got some thing with syndicate" Joes screams back while sounds of explosions in the background "No that's not syndicate tactics its Terren Corp forces" Max surprised shouts back "what the hell Terren forces doing here??!!!" Joes after managing to open the door leading to the swore shouts "hell I don't know, what I do know Im wanted for murder and smuggling im not staying to find out" and slips through Max quickly follows him. a while later the other side of the street Max runs quickly and makes it inside the building he lives in, he takes of his oxygen mask and goggles and barely able to catch his breath he rested there for a while and walked up to 5 stories to his one room apartment, he opens the door and walks in not bothering to turn on the light because he doesn't have any, throwing his gear all over the ground pulls a beer from the fridge and sits on an armchair his only peace of furniture and turns his 42 inch TV that is chained to the wall and floor he watches the news channel and prepares to go to sleep, thinking that what ever the Terren Corp is looking for is defiantly not him since he has not committed any capital crime. He hears a gun clip in front of his face, he slowly opens his eyes and says "God please no" he sees a gun aimed at his face and holding it is a TC soldier, TC soldier says to Max "its been a while Captain" Max shocked he recognized the voice "Sam!!!, what the hell are you doing here " Sam takes off his helmet and says " looking for you " Sam still as beautiful as ever, her shoulder length gold her cover her big deep blue eyes that pears straight into your sole, her body's figure although covered with this army combat armor but still you can see to here super model like body, she is simply described as an angel god created and put down on this earth as proof of his power, Max says to her " before you say any thing little lady im out of the military for good, and not going back" Sam replies " did you here any thing about the bar just an hour ago??" Max says "so its me your looking for??, I had a deal with Lucian " Sam puts her gun back in her hostler and tears come down her eyes while she says "Max Lucian is in deep trouble, the soldiers are looking to kill us both by order of his uncle" Max says "where is Lucian in all this " Sam says " Lucian is been secretly held captive for some time and his uncle will declare him self King and CEO of Terren Corp soon, Lucian managed to send me here, you are his last chance" Max kept in silence while he watched Sam cry then he said " We have to leave, its a matter of time tell the TC soldiers find us " Max gets up and move towards Sam he holds tight in his arms and whispers " don't break down on me know every thing will be all right " and with his hand brushes the crystal like tears of her face with his thumbs, she nodes to him with a smile and says " ok " he then moves to put on his gear and gives some clothes for Sam to change, he walks up to his TV and kisses it goodbye and hugs it for a while and says to it " Don't worry daddy will be back " and rushes through the door with Sam right behind him, after a while there walking on the streets and Sam says " where we going?? " Max says while looking around to make sure no one is following him " we are going to find a transport to get off this planet, its crowded here, stay close and don't get lost " Sam grabbed Max arm so she wouldn't get lost, they walked through the market and for the first time Sam was amazed, since the day she was born always lived in the care and protection of Lucian and the royal palace at Mute City, she never walked the streets or had to go out side the palace unless its with Lucian and an army of body guards and soldiers protecting them, it was her first time to see beggars, poor people, out door restaurants with strange some times not cocked very will food up to know all she been through was to much to her but her love for Lucian and knowing the Max agreed to help kept her holding her self together, they walked through what looks like a market, through alleys between building across broken down bridges and even a swamp, it was an underground factory but explosion collapsed the whole facility creating the swamp above. "where here" Max said looking at Sam, even while the mask and googols covering her face he could tell that she was really exhausted from all that walking around, even the weather wasn't helping at all, they arrived at an abandon whearhouse, Max hared a loud sound he looked up, a Terren Star Destroyer flew above there heads heading towards the middle of the city where Max apartment is located, Sam said " we don't have much time " Max replied " don't worry the Trade Syndicate wont give up so easily " , he opened a small door on the side and let Sam go in first, inside the where house was full of very old starships, and other heavy machinery, " this place was a repair shop but know its only a junk yard " Max said while taking off his oxygen mask and goggles, " WHO YOU CALLING JUNK " a loud voice came from behind one of the large peace of machines, Max shouted " old man, its me got some thing for you " the voice showed him self, a man in his 60 very big healthy holding a big device Max approached him saying to him " James, its been a while" James replied " its been 2 days " Max smiled and said "what are you carrying??" James said while walking away " it contains the final part for the blue flamer to work" Max grabbed Sam from his arm and followed James who was waiting for them on an elevator platform, Max got in and pushed the button to take them underground, Sam was surprised, it was big fully operational underground hanger with a few guys running around between several space ships working and testing, Sam looked at large insignias on the wall, Sam said whispering " The Omega insignia " Max smiled and replied " you forget im was the Omega team driver, after that second disaster on Tidos, the team moved here, the largest longest dangerous underground illegal race track in the galaxy is here, this is the off season so during that time we get cash by working on smugglers space ships, stolen ships and even RFW stuff, once we had a Kayteen heavy bomber " he said that last bit with a smile, the elevator reached ground floor, and Max pulling Sam who didn't take off the mask and goggles yet behind James, he dropped the large device near one of the space ships and continued on between the busy hanger floor to his office, James sat down behind his desk and asked " So Max I guess this is not a usual visit ??? " Max sat down on the near by chair while Sam toke of her Mask and goggles and started to wave her hair, James eyeballs almost came out of there sockets, his jaw dropped to the floor, Max said with a big grin on his face " she has the effect on people " Sam blushed, Max continued " what's the deal with Terrens ? " James still staring at Sam said " they think RFW have a secret base here, so they want to retake the planet again " Max said " what about the trade syndicate??, would they let it go just like this " James said " the syndicate will not let it go with out a fight, they have to much money invested here, especially after the new track is near completion " Max crossed his legs together and said " wow new track,??" James his eyes still on Sam " yea its more lets say it will make the first one looks like child's play, that's why the syndicate may strike a deal " Max " What does the syndicate have that the Terrens possibly would want " James gave a small wink to Sam and said " rumors is that the RFW have a new base of operation here to launch attacks and terrorist activities from here, don't worry its a matter of time tell they go away and things back to normal " Max said " James, I need to get off this planet and lay low for a while " James said " sorry Max I don't have nothing to get you off this rock right now, and during the blockade no crazy smuggler will try to go pass a Terren blockade right now " Sam jumped in and said " Please sir, don't you have any thing that can fly us off Mobar, Max is a very good pilot " Max looked at Sam waving the finger at her, James said with a very big smile on his face " well I cant refuse a lady, all I have is the R-type, and since your a very good pilot you can handle it " Max looked at James and waved the finger at him, Max said " Im not flying some thing you designed and built " Sam said to Max " Please, we short on time and don't have many options " James said " Please follow me " with a grin at Max, they followed James to a separate hanger where a few techs working on the r-type, James said " Max this is the strongest fastest space fighter in the galaxy the r-type 3 " Sam said " why 3 why not 1 " Max said " the r-type 1 exploded taking off, r-type 2 flew but a computer malfunction ejected the pilot and jumped to hyperspace by itself " James laughed and said "not this one its completely different but only a few things left " Max said with a worried voice " what few things ?? " James smiled and said " you need a nav computer program, a rapier interface program, a shield generator program, a hyper drive software and the ground to space upgrade and a targeting system" Max said " ok lets get this straight, if I fly this thing junk pile I don't know where im going so I have to park for directions every few million mile and to interface so its completely manual, no shields weapons and I have to enter my own hyperspace coordinates " Max then shouted " are you crazy " James said " the hardware is there, its only software we don't have, here take this disk, it has the coordinates of a friend of mine, he is a hacker in town called Xedus, he is the best around, he will help you out with the software problem " Max snatched the disk from James hand and said " you under stand there is destroyers over the city" James said " your a good pilot you shouldn't have a problem " and smiled, Max looking at the r-type said " do you have a suit for her " James said " go check the lookers, we will prepare for your flight ", Max and Sam quickly changed in space suites and came out, Max sow his several other ships next to the r-type ready to launch, Max asked James " Hey what's going on ?" James replied " since its the off season several smugglers have acquired the services of the Ignite racers and wanted them to pilot there ships through the blockade " Max said " when they will launch " James said "same as you, NOW " Max said putting on his helmet " do you think they will make it ?? " James said " most of the big boys on Mobar have paid them to move some valuable stuff of the planet, they even organized ground fire to give protection " Max smiled and helped Sam put on her helmet and helped her get on board the r-type, quickly Max jumped in and started to buckle his seat belt and singled to James that he is ready and in turn James singled to the rest that the first space transport was ready, in side, Sam very worried and scared asked Max " so how are we going to navigate through heavy fire with out radar ?? " Max replied turning on the engines " well you look behind us and if you see any missiles coming toward us just yodel and ill know what to do " Sam replied " yeah like its time to joke around " , a flashing button indicates an incoming message, Max pushed the button to see James shouting " your all clear to take off " Max said to Sam " if we make it, our name is going down in history " the plat form went down to an underground launch area where Max the sequence turning on his engines, when the platform settled Max pushed the handle to give the fighter full throttle, the ship moved really fast blasting its way out of the under ground tunnel following him a couple of smugglers transport blasted out from different tunnels, Max could barely see any thing through a mixture of high speed sandy winds and factory smoke that covers the planet since he had no radar he had to slow down a bit and go in between the smugglers. " wow, the stars, the stars are beautiful " the sweet voice of Sam describing what she sees, but Max was focused on two battle groups the Wolf fang and Eagle Wing are just in front of them, Max shouted on the radio to one of the smugglers ship commanded by an alien called Bogoth " you better have some sorta a plan in attacking a Terren Battle group " Bogoth answered " its nice to hear from you Max, don't worry I got every thing under control, look at that " Max sow hundreds of long range missiles breaking out of the planets surface aimed at the carriers Wolf Fang and Eagle Wing, the most important vain of the battle group " See, my plan works " Bogotha said firing a very loud laugh and continued " we go through them so the other battle groups wouldn't dare to fire through there friends ", the destroyers within the battle group moved in a way to block the missiles to hit them instead, the destroyers toke miner damaged but still in excellent condition to counter attack, Max shouted at Bogotha " good idea, now what do we do idiot " Bogotha said " Never thought you would back down from a fight " Max replied " see you on the other side " the dark space was let with the purple color of laser cannons from the destroyers while Max blasted his way through the blockade followed closely by the smugglers ships.

On board the Wolf Fang, Admiral Commander Vincent closely monitors the situation, a lute net approaches him " Sir, this is the flight technical data of the escaped smugglers ships " the admiral said " do we have a match " the lute net " we have two very close matches, do you want us to pursue?? " the admiral replies " no, its maybe a trap to draw our fighters away from the group, let them go "

An hour later Bogotha the smuggler and Max where in a safe distance away from Mobar flying side by side, Max said " I should have guessed you should have a lame plan like that " Bogotha replied " but it worked didn't it " Max said " what would your mother think is she sow you do that " Bogotha said " I thought your my mother ", Max laughed and said " can you transmit the coordinates to the Enigma sector " Bogotha " transmitting now, you know I would pull your crapy fighter there but its a hot zone over there, don't want get with TC or Kayteen " Max said " yea I understand, ill see you around " Bogotha fired a loud laugh and blasted out of there, Max looked at the back seat to see why Sam was so silent, she was knocked out perhaps from all the excitement, " Sam wake up, its ok " Max gave her a little shake, she slowly opened her eyes and looked around and said " did we make it ?? " Max returned to his seat and prepared for the long journey "yes we did make it " Max said and continued " so Sam its a long way to our destination, its a good time to talk about what's the hell is going on " Sam said " where are we going " Max said " The Tigers Claw Battle Group "

Some where in space, the r-type blasts through space at high speed, on its way to the TC Tigers Claw, " Now its a good time to tell me what's going on " Sam sighed and said " ill start from the top, Lucian and I went to bed early that night, some thing on his mind he didn't want to tell me, we talked about our future, we kissed for a while, we had great sex " Max shouted " to much information I don't need to know about " Sam continued " OK, I woke up in the middle of the night from a loud sound of gunfire in and around the Terren palace, I looked around and sow Lucian in his pajamas standing with Ivan and lots of Terren royal solder standing in the room fully armed, I heard Ivan say some thing like they are in the palace, Lucian pointed to one of the female guards to take out her armor and give it to me, I was still confused on what's going on, Lucian approach me after I finished changing he pulled me to the corner of the room and said to me, this is important some friends of mine will get you to Mobar, there your on your own, find Nexus city block 56-40 building 7 apartment 8 B, take him and head for the Tigers Claw battle group, then Lucian kissed me, like its the last time ill ever see him, and covered my face with the helmet, then Ivan pulled me, I shouted, I didn't want to leave Lucian's side but Ivan was allot stronger then me, they toke me to a secret hanger where a pilot was waiting for me in a rapier, Ivan carried me in and immediately we toke off, the damage to the castle was enormous, it was Terren security force against the Terren royal soldiers " Sam started to cry a bit and continued " the pilot toke to a bar some where in the 55th sector I switched places and clothes with a female Terren soldier and got me on board a the Agamemnon destroyer with the Wolf Fang battle group headed for Mobar, the group I was with they let me go to look for you " Max interrupted " wow, Lucian arraigned for all that in just a few minutes " Sam said " Max I really miss him I'm afraid they might do allot of bad things to him " Max said " what was Lucian working on, if the Terren security force was in it, that means some one big is behind this " Max looked around the empty space and said " what's worries me right, we have cut off a great deal of distance across the Terren space and no battle groups or patrol fighters " Sam was still crying, Max said " Sam stop crying, its going to be ok, we will save Lucian " Max said that last sentence and he was thinking how impossible its going to be, if some one powerful enough to over through Lucian, what the hell could he do.

Enigma Sector, Gigantha system, a group of very large unstable planets with a high gravitational pull and meteor rings orbiting them. Hiding under the strong magnetic interference radiated from the planet Gigantha prime, the largest planet in the system, the Tigers Claw battle group is reduced to a carrier and two destroyers, the TC Atlas and the TC Hercules. On the bridge on Admiral Talwin along with commanders of the destroyers Bergin and lightwood discuss the difficult situation at hand.

" We cant hold on to this sector any longer, the Kayteens are moving forces to fast to secure this sector " the frustrated Bergin says

" Admiral, commander Bergin is right, if we don't get reinforcements soon we have to pull out "

Talwin looking at the carriers blue prints " pulling out is not an to consider, this sector is vital for both us and the Kayteens, who ever controls the sector will shift the war to his favor "

" If that's true, then where is our damn back up, that's what you get from putting a kid in charge "

Lightwood looks at Bergin for his last remark " Commander don't forget that your talking about the King, to serve and protect "

an officer rushes in " sir, our long range patrol have picked up an unidentified fighter on the smugglers run, there are escorting it back "

" did the pilot identify him self "

" yes sir, calls him self, your worst nightmare "

Talwin growled and said " bring that wise ass to office as soon as he lands"

Later in Admiral Talwins office

" I have put off with you to long " Talwin screamed at Max who stands in silence " you are walking on mega thin ice as it is " walking around him looking up and down, then he sat at his disk

" Max, its a tough time now and I really need you this time to work with me not against me " he calmly added crossing his fingers together straight at Max 's eyes

" guess you didn't hear about gold wing " Talwin leaned back in his chair

" our best pilots gold wing have defected to the RFW's " he paused for a moment rocking his him self

" and officially the orders from fleet command is unclear, but unofficially Lucian contacted me and want us to work together like our lives depends on it " he took out a disk from his pocket and handed it to Max

" Guess what, our lives DO depend on it "

at a conference room Max played the disk in one of the terminals " hey Max how is Mobar " Lucian said in the recording with the sound of loud laser gunfire and explosion in the background

" Max, I have uncovered a plot to take over the corporation, I cant tell you who there are right now, but there are will placed within the military and the corporation, you can trust Talwin, my request is simple attack and occupy the K-12 tell further orders arrive with my girl friend, and tell Sa " end of recording

" That SOB wants me to invade Kayteen space " Max shouted, Lucian was asking the impossible, no one ever managed to invade and occupy a Kayteen controlled system, he pulled out the disk and crushed it with both hands leaving the room.

an hour later Max walked in a luxury room with a glass window overlooking Gigantha Prime guarded by two solders, " Hey dangerous girl " Max said to Sam " wow your a major now " with a very sad voice

" wow a major now, im under arrest, Talwin will keep me here for a while till Lucian calls " Max walks towards her

" cool, ill be flying soon, gonna brief every body on our next attack " he looks deep into her eyes as he comes closer " be careful " with her sweet voice she replies

he pulls her to him and hugs her " take care when im not around kid " and rushes out of the room leaving her with a confused look on her face

an hour later, all essential personnel where at the main briefing room when Admiral Talwin and Commander Bergin followed by Major Max entered the large room, they all seated while Max went to the podium and sets up his small PDA

after a quick wave to his old friends at the back he starts by saying " people, it seams that help will not be here any time soon, and we will attempt to kick the Kayteens out of this system " Max watched as the expressions of disbelief on the pilots

Max smiled and continued " we will lure them into a trap here " Max quickly assigned missions to the available wings until he came to the last mission " Scott (Ripper) and I will be Xa wing we will fly Saber's for this mission, we will be the bait scouting the area for the Kayteen battle group, any questions gentlemen ?? " every thing was clear with body so they all stood up and started leaving the room

" yo Max, how is the second best pilot in the fleet " Ripper shouted behind him crystal and viceroy walking towards Max

" watch it captain Ripper I out rank you " Max said with an evil grin on his face

" Major Max " the thick voice of Major Dawn West also known as Viceroy, one of the best pilots with more experience than any other on the fleet, after shaking hands with him he turns to the beautiful long silk black hair and a model figured body Crystal Meyers her call sign is Crystal, her named sparkled when her wing was ambushed on an attack rout and the only one to come back alive after nailing every Kayteen on the way back

After changing in there flight gear Max and Ripper meet up at the launch area for a last minute inspection of there Saber

" Hey Max long time no see, when did you get here "

" my god Janice, you still on board this junk pile "

Janice immediately jumped and hugged Max " Where have you been, I really missed you a lot "

"Ok let go I cant breath now" she let go of Max and continued " don't worry I inspected your fighters my self, its clear for combat " Max winked " thanks after I'm back lets meet up some where, just like old times " she saluted him " yes sir "

Max jumped in the mid weight two seater plan where his gunner is already waiting for him and went through the pre-flight check list

30 minutes later the two fighters where already flying in space scanning for the Kayteen battle group

" Max, I mean Nexus, do you think your plan will work?? "

" What do you mean Ripper ?? "

" I mean, all that big talk you where saying about retaking the Enigma Sector, with rookie pilots and half a battle group "

" will I got a big bet riding on this lets hope the Kayteen fall for my bluff "

Not far heading there way is the super carrier Escaflowne commanded by admiral Sherf

" admiral we have received news from intelegince command, Nexus arrived at the tigers claw "

" so they have unleashed the demon of the Ison corridor "

"Admiral sir, intelegince advised to be patient "

" I have been patient for a long time " he calmly added " I will not wait to have my vengeance on my fathers killer any more " he turned to the officer and said " deploy all fighters, engage any none Kayteen vessel in this sector "

" Yes my lord, it shall be done "

Mean while, the Tigers claw battle group prepares for action as they start to deploy there fighters and the destroyers to there designated position.

Through a small terminal on the bridge where admiral Talwin over see the battle " Admiral, are you sure Nexus battle tactic will work "

" I'm not sure commander, but then again we don't have many choices at this time "

" admiral Talwin, we have been through a lot together, its an honor for me to fight on your side"

" the honor is all mine commander "

A moments later the Escaflowne escorted by 4 destroyers have made picked up Nexus and Ripper on radar

" Sir, we have two mid weight fighters on the scanners, looks like a patrol "

" the Tigers Claw is not very far, attack an once before they get away "

" sir , there not getting away, there attacking us "

" no one dares attack us with two fighters unless one of them is Nexus "

Nexus and Ripper didn't waist time, at high speed managed to attack one of the destroyers and with a syncronised attack, destroyed its rear shield generator, over 50 fighters chasing them but unsuccessful in hitting Nexus or Ripper with a direct hit

" what are you doing, take evasive action now " the admiral of the Escaflowne shouted, on his orders the battle groups capital ships started to disperse away from each others to give them a better chance to shoot the Terren fighters an not hitting any of there's by mistake

" Ripper that's our exit song, take out as many surface guns as you can in this run and lets beat it "

" Oh, is Nexus scared of a few Kayteens "

" No, its just not a good day for me to become roast beef "

At full speed Ripper heads to the Kayteen carrier with Nexus giving him cover, with a few missiles left Ripper fires one straight at bridge, Ripper knows very will it will not do any thing against the carriers shield but the Kayteens consider this an insult

Nexus laughing " I cant believe you just did that , that will really piss them off "

As the two fighters where running away, the Kayteens had no intentions of letting the fighters escape

" Follow them, destroy them, these two have no honor and don't deserve to live " the admiral shouted

" but sir there leading us to into the Gigantha system, our equipment and radar will not function very will with in a powerful magnetic field and large asteroids "

Admiral Sherf didn't like that at all, he looked at the officer and drew his gun " obey my orders"

" Nexus, I do think there gaining on us "

" maybe they want more postcards "

The two Terren fighters turn back and attack again, avoiding all fire from incoming fighters, they synchronize there attack on the same destroyer and with missiles they managed to destroy there front shields generator, and take out some of the surface guns.

The furious Admiral shouts " are all Kayteen pilots incompetent??"

" ok Ripper, we are almost there, give them another postcard and lets get split "

Again they fly by the Escaflowne while covering Ripper from surface fire, Ripper delivers another missile to the bridge

" Ripper the asteroids field is going to be hard to maneuver through "

" I'm worried about you Nexus, do you want some cover "

" Ha Ha very funny, I will lead "

Not far at the Tigers Claw " sir, I think I see two sabers coming this way "

" On radar ?? "

" no sir, our radars are not working, I see them over there look " and the young private pointed to the screen and sow Nexus and Ripper heading fast towards them

the Escaflowne and its escort found it self in the middle of a heavy missile fire from three directions within the asteroids field, just before they managed to regroup the fighters started there attack on the star ships that couldn't use there radar for guided missiles and not long the Escaflowne was destroyed and followed it there destroyers and escorting fighter crafts
