This is a poem I wrote July 18th, 2006 after our mini tornado was over with.
Who would have thought
That the one whose very hot
Would quit what he had started
After all those songs had been charted
The one named Kevin
Who'd been cause for fans to thank Heaven
Has left his 'brothers' for the unknown
Leaving behind all the seeds he has sewn
Many a fan has cried
Though the man never died
They will really miss his voice
But, this is his choice
To see him we all file
We helped remind him how to smile
He always did his best not to let us down
And would hate to see us all now frown
He will miss us
And maybe even his bus
We'll miss him
But our love will never dim
Kevin is our man
And behind him we stand
