Hey, this is just something I wrote. Let me know how you like it. Who knows, if you like it, it may turn into a story of some sort. Don't forget to review. Thanks and enjoy. ~ sungoddesskate

The Only Way it Could End

Too many days seem alike

They all swirl around in one big whirlwind.

The whirlwind takes you to an undefined place

Filled with sorrow and longing.

As you sit by the dark churning waters of your soul,

You realize you are utterly alone.

There's no one there to save you

No one there to help you back over the edge.

You are alone with your thoughts

You cry helplessly

Because you know no one will save you.

It's up to you to save yourself.

But, you ask yourself,

'Is it worth it?

Is it worth risking everything to go back?

To where you were before?'

To go back to the things that made you come here in the first place?

You start to wonder why the people who cared

Would push you away as they did.

You start to wonder what it would be like if you didn't exist.

What would they do?

How would they change?

Or would they even change?

You write them a note,

Saying how sorry you are

That it had to end this way,

But, you come to the conclusion that it was the only way it could end.

No one else gets hurt but you.

You lay the note where

Someone who actually cares might find it.

And you pull the trigger.
