Chapter 1
The Concert


While awaiting my concert on August 31, I was working on becoming a model. Two months I worked at losing enough weight to where I actually wanted to be. All of this just took my mind off of waiting for my concert. When August rolled around I decided it was time to send my pictures to agencies. After I mailed them I got an email telling my I would hear something in the next couple of days. Meanwhile, my concert was only days away and I was getting more anxious as ever. I had 7th row tickets and I had won backstage passes through a local radio station. I was almost unable to function properly I was so excited.

The day of the concert was finally here!! I couldn't believe it. I had been so excited about the concert an being able to finally meet the guys that I totally forgot about checking my email to see what the agencies had to say about my pictures. I was skimming
through my emails early that morning and I couldn't believe what I read. There was an agency in New York that wanted to sign a contract with me. I couldn’t believe it !! My dreams were finally starting to become a reality. They left me their number to call
them but it would have to wait until I got back from my
concert. "Oh shit," I thought as I looked up a the clock. I had to start getting ready before I went to pick up my friend Kerry. On our way to the concert we listened to BSB all the way there. We couldn't believe that we were actually going to have the chance to meet all five of them at once. We got to the venue early to take a look around. We kept our car there so we didn't have to park in the middle of nowhere when we came back. We looked around and seen that no one was there yet so we decided to go get a bite to eat.

On our way back to the venue, we seen the guy's buses pull into the venue. We couldn't believe our eyes. We ran over to the buses and the first one to get out was Kevin and Kristen. We introduced
ourselves and got pictures and autographs. "Kristen is the sweet person," said Kerry. "Just wait until you meet Leighanne. I hear she too is very sweet," I said. The next ones to get out of the buses were Brian, Leighanne, and Baylee followed by Howie and AJ.
Of course we got pictures with them all and told them we had won backstage passes. The last one to get off of the bus was of course Nick. He looked exhausted but absolutely amazing. He signed
autographs and took pictures with us. "Did I hear that right? Did you two win backstage passes?" asked Nick. I said "Yea we did and have been looking forward to it a long time." "Well I can't wait to
be able to have an actual conversations with you two. I have to get going for rehearsals and all but I will definitely be looking forward to seeing you two beautiful ladies again after the show," Nick
said. "Come one Nick, quit flirting and lets go," hollered Kevin. "Yea, yea I coming," he hollered back. "Where are your guy's seats at?" "We are 3rd section 7th row seats 1 and 2," I said as my
eyes caught his stare. "I'll be sure to look of you guys," he replied.

The concert was absolutely amazing! The guys put on the best show of their whole entire career. All I could see though was Nick. We practically stared at each other throughout the entire show. It was amazing! Kerry had to keep nudging me to get me out of lala land and actually watch the show. Close to the end of the show a security guard comes up and asked, "Are you two the ones that won backstage passes?" "Yea we are," replied Kerry. "Come with me then," the guard replied.
As we followed him backstage we were first greeted by Brian. "Congratulations on such a great show," we said in unison. "Thanks," he replied laughing and smiling at the same time at us. We were then led to a room and told to sit and wait for the guys. A s we waited Nick walked in the room. "Man I was hoping I was the first one in here so that we could finish our conversation from earlier," he said while staring into my eyes. "And by 'we' you mean her, right?" Kerry asked looking at me. She noticed both of us staring at each other throughout the show and now. "No I meant 'we' as in all three of us. So how did you guys like the show?" he asked. "Oh it was absolutely amazing. The best concert That I have
been to since you guys have been together," said Kerry. "And what about you? What did you think?" he asked looking at me not once taking his eyes off of me. "Oh I absolutely loved it. Since I've never been to one of your guy's concerts before I have to say it was
just amazing!" I said with a huge smile on my face.
The rest of the guys were making their way into the room. "I remember you two. We met you guys as we were getting off of the bus," said AJ. "Yeah you did. We won the passes through a local radio station," I said. "Well it's nice to meet you , again," he said with a laugh. As we sat there we got to see a side of the guys we had never seen before. All the while I couldn't help but keep glancing over at Nick. Every now and then our eyes would meet and he would have his huge smile on his face. I just about melted in my chair every time I seen him smile. It wasn't long until Johnny came in and said, "It's time to go
guys. We have to get on the road if we are going to make it to our next city." We thanked them for the great time we had and for the autographs and pictures. When I went to go shake Nick's hand he held onto my hand and wouldn't let go. I looked up at him and caught his stare with mine and we just smiled at each other. Right then and there I just knew that it was not the last time I would be seeing
him. As I went to go give him a hug goodbye he whispered in my ear, "Can I have you number?" As I frantically looked in my purse for a pen and paper, Kerry reaches over and handed me both as if she
knew what I was looking for. I wrote down my number for him and as I slipped him the paper I whispered, "I'll be looking forward to your call." As I stepped back I could see by the expressions on his
face he was very happy with my response.
