I'm a 21 year old peadiatric nurse who has been a backstreet fan since the dawn of time, or so it seems.

I have been writing fanfiction for a while but most of them have sucked. They tend to be short because of my attention span and the fact that I think of interesting things to write that don't fit in with story line.

I am currently writing a sequeal to a story that is hosted on Dreamers sanctuary called Always. Most of my stories are about or include Nick.

In my spare time I like to read books by Jodi Picoult I think she is just amazing! If you haven't read Nineteen minutes, My sister's Keeper or Second Glance go and do it now!

My Fave Fanfics include: Oreo's for Breakfast, Broken and By My Side (Kudo's to Julie for such a fantastic ending, even if I am sad it's all over now!) Under My Skin and A Litte Taste of Sin by Mellz Bellz and Shades of Gray by Kelly.

I started reading this story two days ago and when I got to the end of chapter 24 i wanted to scream because there was no more left to read! This story is awesome! I am just sorry it's taken me so long to sit down and read it!

I feel like I am part of the story it is so well written. You capture everything perfectly, down to the description of the dead and the feelings and emotions of the living. You have a new fan and I cannot wait for the next update!!!!!!

That's all I can say, AWESOME LOL!

I had no idea you were going to take the story in this kind of direction and I am so glad you did because 28 days/28 weeks later are two of my fav films! You're writing in this chapter was amazing as always, just your discription of everything, they way Leighanne's eyes were deviod of any emotion, it just sent shivers up my spine!

Still want to know what became of Nick though, and why all these people are exempt from becoming the walking dead!

Can't wait for more!

Freaking excellent!

And yay for Nick being alive! I'm still curious how he didn't surcome to the disease, considering he portrayed all the signs of someone who was infected (foaming at the mouth and siezing) I'm sure there is a reason for that, of which I am sure we will find out about eventually!

Loved the whole Thriller thing, I could just see Nick singing that whilst being surrounded by the undead!

Keep up the amazing work because the way you are writing this epic story makes me feel as though I am sat, watching it on the TV (whilst hiding behind a cushion for the scarey parts!)

Again Awesome chapter!

Loved how Gretchen open the blind to find the man standing there. The whole time I was like don't do it, don't open the blind ther's going to be a zombie! But she didn't listen!!!!

I have a feeling it's Brian who she has met up with and hopefully we will find out in the next chapter!

Ekkkk I'm a famous brain eating zombie! Yay for me. Now if I could just have a little nibble on Nick! LOL! I totally wasn't expecting it at all and was like "oh my god that's my name!!!!" so thanks so much guys!

Awesome work as always! Loved the whole scene where "I" came back to life! Their reactions were priceless and I think they Jo needs to give Gaby a lot more credit. She has obviously been through a lot in her short years and her father dying in front of her has made her grow up a lot quicker then she had to. I have a feeling that Kevin is going to turn into like a father figure for her.

Can't wait for more! You guys rock! X

We really appreciate all your reviews and support both for this story and 00Carter, so glad you enjoyed the cameo... even if you were dead and then undead! LOL Very good point about Gabby... kids are pretty resilient in general, but especially given the fact that she had already been forced to grow up a little faster; in a way, that might have helped prepare her better for... this. Awesome chapter again! I almost yet out a frustrated yell at Gretchen for forgetting to load the gun!! Good thing Brian was with her otherwise she would have been toast! Can't believe they killed another one of my zombie clan though! (Since being written as a member of the undead I have a strange afflication towards them! Not their fault they came down with a deadly disease that made them want to eat flesh!) LOL!

I am no sure about them staying in the house though. That just seemed slightly too easy! So now I cannot wait until the next instalment from Gretchen and Brian because I think it will be another hide behind m hands job as I read it!

Another great chapter! Loved how Kayleigh freaked out and got ignored by the others! I can see the arguments continuing for a long time between these two and I think howie and keV might even have problems when it comes to contol!

Last chapter was amazing too! Poor Nick! I really wanted his family to be alive so he didn't have that awful realization like everyone else did but at least his dog is okay x

I'eccfgyb m so rubbish! Sorry I haven't left any reviews lately been a bit busy! Love love love the story still. I love how we are finally seeing the characters develop! Already the leaders of the pack are making themselves known and there is going to be some serious friction between Howie and Kevin.

I love how we are seeing the sifter side of Riley because in the Introductoryy chapters I have to admit I wasn't a fan! She fit the profile for "stop at nothing to further my career" type! I guess that knowing no one is around to hear the scoop and knowing your family have joined the ranks of my living dead comrade makes u reevsluate everything.

Brian is most intriguing to me. I love how many layers this story has because it's not just about the end of the world, starting again it's also about how these people cope. The rwligoius aspect is facinating to me because in times of crisis people cling to their faith or question it. Being a nurse I see it all the time and I have to say you are capturing everything beautifully!

Author's Response: It's okay! We all have lives. Sorry for the update delay, I've been busy (Rose) with school/work and so I slacked LOL. The characters, ahh you and me both love how they're developing, it's one of my favorite parts of writing. Creating these people and watching them grow. Riley, you pretty much nailed her. That's exactly who she was, but the end of the world killed the career thing, so where do you go from there? Brian, oh he's an interesting one, cause of how he's forced to try to cope. I'm so happy you love the story, we always wonder if we're coming across as well as we hoped. Cause you're right not only is it about the end of the world, but it's about starting over, and how they handle their lot in life and unlife lol. So thank you! Loved your review!

I am such a terrible reviewer and I'm sorry!!!

I have been reading I promise! I love how the story is developing and how we are getting to know the characters more and more. Now that the initial shock of the undead and what has happened has started to sink in it's all about survival and like I have said before I think there are a lot of strong willed people in the group which isn't always a good thing. I think there are going to be certain people who but heads about what the right course of action will be! Mainly Kevin and Howie!

This past chapter actually made me start to like Riley because from previous chapters I got the feeling that she was pretencious and stuck up her own butt! This chapter changed all that, it made me see why she is like she is and I love that about the writing you guys do, with one chapter everything can change!

I have a feeling that something is going to happen between her and Nick! I mean they are going to have to repopulate the earth somehow! LOL!

Keep up with the amazing work and I promise i will try and get better at reviewing!
