Kris is a fucking bitch! I take that back...she's worse than that! Who gives a damn who the hell she loves or how much?!? She needs to keep her damn legs shut! What a slut! And to do that to her best friend?!? As if she deserves Resa's friendship...or anyone else's! People like that make me sick to my stomach. Kris...better lose both AJ and Resa. Karma comes back around and you can bet Kris is gonna be wishing like hell that she kept her pants on! Stupid homewrecker. And Resa actually loving Howie and not AJ...does not, for any reason, give a good excuse for this. Ugh. Ok...I'm done ranting. Nicely written tho. :-)

You know I started reading yesterday, and I just finished.

While reading I did get a little confused/lost in a few areas. I think it's because there were a few transitions that were a tad choppy. These spots weren't bad, but could have used just a little extra something to make things flow smoother.

As far as characters, I feel that you have developed Nick's character more than any of the others. This may just be a personal preference, but I would have liked to see Amanda, and maybe a few other characters, developed a little more.

Overall, the story is cute. I didn't see many spelling or grammar errors and although a bit cliche, you put some interesting twists to the story line. I can tell you have fun writing it, and that's the most important thing because it helps the readers become more interested.

So...with that said...WRITE ON SISTA! And keep having fun with it! I'll watch for the next update!

Author's Response: Awww thank you so much Krystal!! Now my response is gonna be a bit long lol. Nick is the main character, so I have his personality and everything developed a lot more. Now the reason for Amanda not being as developed is because I am planning on writing a prequel to this story....Amanda is going to be featured more. I will try to put more of the others in there as the story goes. I got a lot planned for this one, so don't worry. I will try to explain everything. I really appreciate that you read this and gave me a detailed review because most people don't. Reviews actually help me a lot, and this is the first romance I have ever written, so I could really use people's feedback. Thanks for reading! ;)

OMG!!!! Are you trying to put me in early labor?!? I bet that the preceding statement from AJ was more like "I don't want to end the marriage." or "I want her to stay my wife." And here she is thinking that he wants to break up. but then what would be the point of the story, if they just ended like that? It's like those TV shows that goes to a commercial before the person does a death defying stunt...you know they will survive, otherwise it wouldn't be on TV. Right? Right! So now the question is...what the hell is he gonna do to fix it? I mean she isn't going to just TELL him that she overheard. I'm guessing she will just start acting like SHE doesn't want HIM or will just avoid him at all costs...because she doesn't want to actually hear him say that he doesn't want her...even though I know that it's ending the marriage that he doesn't want. Have I rambled enough? If you don't update soon, I will be forced to ramble more and bug the life outta ya. So get right on the next chapter, woman! Oh yeah....and I still love ya Steph! *big grin*

I'm a sucker for AJ romance...so if you got any more, post 'em. LOL. I don't write much romance, but I like reading it, no matter how old, cheesy, cliche, or whatever...if it's AJ, I'm there! HA! This story though, I thought was really cute. I was about to freak, thinking you off'd him at the end. LOL. I'm not a Nascar fan, so I liked that you had the detail about the tracks because otherwise, I never would have known. The plot was sweet and I liked the different take on the old hate to love concept. I think you're a good writer and hope I see more AJ stuff. *grin*

Ok seriously...I'm not sure if anyone else has mentioned it yet, but I've had this gut feeling since Renee announced she was pregnant....and now that it's a 'son' when it's way too early to tell, just confirms in my mind that Renee is SO FAKING THIS PREGNANCY! I got 20 bucks that says she made the whole story up, just because she was pissed about Brielle and thought that if she was pregnant, Alex would forget about Brielle and stay with her. So now you just need to keep on updating so I can confirm that I'm right, LOL. ;-)
