This story is starting to develop. I'm liking it so far. A couple of tips:

1) Be sure to check your spelling and grammar.

2) When you're telling a story, always keep it in the same perspective. This story is obviously being told in Nick's perspective, so the details of what's going on, on Brian's end of the conversation isn't needed. Keep it in one perspective to help the reader from having any confusion as to what's going on.

Other than that, the story is great! I'm off to read the next chapter.

This is a good story, but it's a little confusing as to what exactly happened to set the mood of this story. It's a little bit of an incomplete plot. There a few minor grammar errors, but other than that, this was a good story!

You did a good job with the dialogue with this one. This is a good chapter, but the only concern I have for this story is the constant changing in points of view. It can sometimes lead to confusion with the readers. You might try figuring out which characters you want to focus on as far as perspectives go and give each chapter one perspective. This way the story will flow and your readers can get a better grip on the character's emotions as the learn about them.
