Well, I'm from New Jersey. I work in fast food and I love pineapple pizza, Harry Potter, traveling, Disney, one direction, sailor moon and star wars. I like going to the beach and writing/reading fanfiction....plus going to lots of concerts. I'm a huge Weird Al fan as well. I've been writing since about 1999. Started off on Fanfiction.net, but made my way to AC after taking a few years off. Joined Absolute Chaos in 2009 and have been here ever since! I like to read just about everything and am open to writing almost every genre. Nick is featured the most in my work but I have something for everyone. When the space ships showed up I just went nuts. INDEPENDANCE DAY FTW. I loved how the scene was almost like in Deathly Hallows when Harry

I'm sitting here on break cracking up at the Lion King stuff. You can't have Disney and not do Lion King.
I also really liked that you did the whole battle scene from Independence Day and had Nick calling Kevin big daddy cause for some reason it just fits. Nick is totally like that guy who played will Smith's friend in it. I love seeing what other things you're gonna throw in here.

I loved this Rose because I think you captured his thoughts perfectly during that moment. I felt while they were fighting it was like when family fights over something because they care about one another. And while he was a jerk, while he went about it the wrong way... I'm glad it was brought up. It could have been handled better but I'm glad that Nick did that because he cares and wants Brian to be the best he can be. That's what family does. Sorry for rambling lol.

Julie you never fail to make me cry when it comes to Brian. I remember when I watched the documentary In the theater and I was so pissed at Nick at first. However as they argued I realized that while Nick was being a jerk he meant well. He wants Brian to get better. Hearing him call Brian Michael Jordan made me smile because as a kid I idolized Michael Jordan, I even wrote a report on him for school. In a way he is right. While he went about the
Situation wrong, I am glad it was brought up. My heart broke for Brian. Amazing job on this, I think that it captured everything perfectly.
Their fight reminded me of siblings or Co workers fighting, because I have said stuff like that to my sister when she was doing drugs and doing stupid things. When she did those things it affected me because people would ask me why is your sister in jail again? Why is she stealing again? Why is she doing drugs? It's frustrating. Not that Brian's problem is like that but I understand. Sorry for rambling in this review. It just made me think a lot about that sort of thing.

I was initially shocked to hear them shouting "Shut the fuck up!" at each other like that (especially that Brian started it!), and I was thinking, "I would never shout at someone like that..." But the truth is, there is one person I have and would shout at like that, and that is my sister. LOL That's when I realized that this fight really speaks volumes about their friendship. They love each other like brothers, so they fight like brothers. They can scream at each other like that and know that they still love each other deep down. They can be totally honest with each other. I think Nick's temper really shone through in that scene, but it was definitely not one-sided. Brian started it, and Brian was kind of a dick in the way he kept going on and on about not liking Soldier. (And seriously, Soldier?? I love Soldier!) Watching the scene as many times as I did to write this story, I think Kevin kind of instigated it too, with the way he kept making fun of Nick turning red and telling him to calm down. I would have been pissed off by that too if I were Nick! I felt for Brian, but I think Nick had very valid points and was the only one with the balls to bring them up. And the whole Michael Jordan thing... LOVE!!! Anyway, I'm glad the story struck a chord in you. Thanks again!!
