So I came across your ``Something Beautiful`` story just today and I have read the first two complete installments along with the 20 chapters you have for ``Chasing Beautiful``. I am loving this series just as I`ve enjoyed some of your other stories. Can`t wait for an update. And I wonder if Kevin will be making an appearance at all in the third installment?

oh Brian and nick don't u know not to eat a pregnant woman's snack food! Weirdest thing but when I had snuck a "friend" over before I totally used the "oh I'm shy about eating for front of people excuse" well my parents didn't buy it since I had ate in front of them for about 17 years!

LOL. It's not going to be Maxwell, but I have an old friend who wrote a little fanfic back in high school that claims she had a baby with Howie in a fic and named him John Holden, then another named James. I think she's right, if I recall correctly!

Author's Response: Thanks, Kim! I'll warn you that this is a "marathon, not a race" (hehehe), so we might have long way to go! I'm writing this right now as a kind-of side project to "Run," but I promise we'll get there!
Nobody could’ve been prepared for the horrific events in the last few days of 2012. A chain of events led to nuclear war, resulting in mass destruction of life on earth with only pockets of survivors left across the world. One such pocket of survivors adapted their underground sanctuary into a comfortable habitat which over the next hundred years or so expanded into a vast city. The outside world was long forgotten, and new generations were unaware that there was anything outside of the confined world in which they lived in. That is until two friends stumbled upon something which got them curious…
Wow! I am really loving this story. Nice to see Howie pulled into the story as second in command of the Luminary. Now who is first? Kevin or Brian? One of them I imagine leads the Luminary and one the rebels? hmmmm, can`t wait to read more!

I really liked the new chapter and how we got to see a little more of the history of Kevin and how he is half-brother to the Luminary.
I also really loved how Nick jumped at the chance to be a hunter like Kevin.
Can't wait to read more!
I liked writing the little bit of information about Kevin. I like where it is leading (you will get to know one day). I think Nick would definitely jump at the chance to hunt like Kevin, that is until he finds out what hunting entails. LOL Thanks for the review.
