Really enjoyed the new chapter! I'm really like reading these everyday life experiences that they have no idea about. For example them not understanding the risk in childbirth.  Really interesting to read their point of view.

Looking forward to reading more and seeing how the meeting with the mayor goes.

Good chapter!  “Br…The Luminary let me live.” Brian is The Luminary???? even though he was the only one missing I still didn't see it coming.  Guess bc in real life their roles are reversed with Kevin being the older "brother."

Can't wait to read more and see their adjustment to their new home.

    I really enjoyed the first chapter of this companion piece.  I really like the original story and am happy that we are getting to read Kevin's side of things (my fave BSB).

    I'm looking forward to reading more.  The part about Kevin's Mum boxing his ears or washing his mouth out, so funny!

Author's Response: It's really interesting remembering how they were then and writing the interaction. It's really funny trying to remember what their maturity levels would've been like and keeping true to that. I think the weirdest part was mentioning AJ was hung over just because it's been so long that I've had AJ avoiding alcohol in stories that it was really awkward reintroducing it to his character in this chapter.
