I just want you to know that his story made me cry. It was beautiful. My girlfriend of 2 and a half years (I am also a girl) broke up with me about 3 weeks ago and I am devastated. In my life, I am the Nick you described, however my Brian left for good. This showed so much emotion and the fragile and beautiful story that encompasses a relationship, no matter the genders of the two people involved. I liked this a lot, sweetie. Very well done :)
