Everything is going fine, but then Nick get sick with mono, losing a lot of weight. Seeing Nick getting so thin makes one of the others start to feel self-conscious about his own image, turning to anorexia, and then bulimia to try to lose the excess weight he feels he has. He takes it to a serious level, turning to nothing but skin and bones, but still sees in the mirror that he is inadequate and overweight. Will the others notice before the disease takes over his life?
