You are never too old to be reading or writing fanfic!  :)   I'm Nick's age ;)

I think the majority of us are mid-20's to mid-30's!

Age is just a number. I'm a proud 33 year old, who doesn't feel a day over 16. Luckily I don't think like a 16 year old because I don't want to think like I teenager. I teach high school kids and the things they think...lol. Always makes me ponder, if  I acted that way at their age.

I don't think age matters in reading and writing fan fiction. If you enjoy it, that's all that matters.

I'll be 27 on Thursday.  Like Julilly said, most of us are in our 20s and 30s.  If you think about it, most of us started liking the Backstreet Boys when we were teenagers, so it makes sense that we're all grown up now.  Too old to be reading/writing BSB fanfic?  Eh, maybe, but since we're all still doing it, who cares?  We make our own norms. :)

Well said!!!! lol!

I always ask myself if I'm too old to be here, but I just love it too much to give it up!
Fanfic is my 2 passions combined; Reading and Backstreet Boys.
I just turned 27 too and I'm a Wedding Planner/Event Coordinator.  You'll see that all of us are leading a double life thanks to this place! lol!

I'm 27 but I will be 28 in July actually. I work about 60 to 70 hours a week as well as writing in my spare time. It isn't uncommon for a Fanfic writer to be between 25-30ish considering we all became a fan about the same time.

Man I feel like an old lady but if we're going with mental age about 25, truthfully, I was 30 when I started listening to the Boys and now I'm almost in my mid 40's. As it's been said, age is only a number. :)

Definitely agree with you Sue, it is only a number. Turning 32 myself this year and because of AC, I've been writing fanfic again after 10 years :)

I think you just asked if we are too old to love the Backstreet Boys, and of course the answer is NO. lol

Kidding aside, I don't think there is a normal age range for fan fictions, as long as we enjoy doing/reading it, we will never be too old for this.  ;D
